Bought a pair of B30’s, condition was spotless like new. Better value/condition than any other pre loved designer shop I have bought from previously. Item was shipped next day. 100% recommend.

Risposta di Lovedkicks
Hi Louis,
We are disappointed to have received this review.
The pair you purchased were described in fair condition due to signs of wear (all of which were shown in photos on our website).
You sent us an email on 23/05/2024 explaining you were unhappy with your order, to which we responded to the following day, informing we would be more than happy to accept a return and issue a full refund.
We work extremely hard to maintain a great customer service, it is our utmost priority which I’m sure you can see via our other reviews.
It has now been just over a week since we responded with our offer of a refund and we haven’t heard anything in response. We hope we are ok to assume you are now happy with your order and intend on keeping them.
However, in the event that your response was not received or if there is any further assistance we can offer please feel free to get in touch.
Kind regards,
Lovedkicks

great communication and fast payout - great experience
sold him some trainers, as you are most likely skeptical at first sending but will put your mind at ease and great service. Paid within 24 hours of me sending the trainers, great communication throughout 🚀
If you're looking to sell your trainers on this is the brand to go to, and equally if you're looking to buy
