I didn’t give 5 stars because it took a really long time to get the ring, and no emails as to why. However, I have been in contact with the company and they are going to work on those two factors going forward.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous. Very fine craftsmanship and quality. The stone is a bit small, but that may have been my fault. Check sizes.

It does take awhile to receive because, as they explained, they are specifically handcrafted for you. Now that I know it could take around a couple months, or less hopefully, and that they will work on their communication, I certainly won’t have a problem ordering from this company.

So the customer service is exceptional,really fast replies on both tiktok and email but i do have to say i prefered the tiktok messages since it felt way more informational,personal and reassuring. Only thing i didnt like is i didnt get the tracking info until the literal day of the delivery which could have been a big issue but thankfully i saw it and i was home so i got my ring. I would give 4 stars bc of that but ill give 5 to make up for all the hypocrites calling the company out for copying. You all complaining about design stealing is absurd,half of everything YOU buy in big stores is copied from someone else.As someone who cant afford the originals and wanted that ring i very much appreciate this company because not everyone has 1k to spend on the original artists ring. The people who CAN afford it CAN always go buy the original and support the artist so i think thats not a reason to leave 2,3 stars,actually its very hypocritical since you all probably buy 10 stolen designs a day in the clothing and makeup stores without even knowing it. The ring is beautiful,just consider that miossanite looks a bit milky compared to zirconia/diamonds so do your research before buying. Big thumbs up from me ❤️

The beautiful ring arrived exactly as ordered. My partner is delighted.

I got scammed out of $250. It gave me a shipping date and they kept saying they were behind due to order overflow. And when I went to ask about the jewelry a third time. They had marked it as complete as if I received it. And I never got anything. Had to file a complaint and get my money back through paypal. the seller would not reply to their messages.

The ring I received was wonderfully made. There is a reason production time takes 3-5 weeks. The ring is beautiful and I love it and will order more!

Absolutely loved this worked with my on my metal allergies customized my ring how I wanted and adjusted as needed went out of their way to personally connect not just as a business but as a person will definitely use this site for any jewelry I get from now on
