Such a stressful process. An hour late- lack of communication between the driver, myself and the ‘call centre’. I was clearly annoyed as I booked the van for 12:30, only for them to actually show up at 1:25. Expressed my unhappiness with the service and received a response telling me if I gave a bad review that they would cancel my move. Also expressed how I would appreciate a discount of some sort but got blanked via text. Don’t waste your time !

I booked Love2removals for 8am. At the time I booked them I didn’t know exactly how much stuff we would have - something I made very clear at the time. I also asked that we have help with the move. When I had a better idea of how many boxes and bags we had I gave them an update. On the night before the move they told me they had to move my time from 8am to 10am and that I had to pay £70 more for the extra things (there were extra items than I had originally stated). Moving the time was really stressful as we had cleaners arriving at 11. So they assured me they would be there by 9. They arrived at 9.30 by which time me and my husband had taken everything downstairs already (bar sofas) even though we had paid for help. Not everything fit in the van so my husband had to hire a zip car to take the remaining items over.

Van was 2 hours late communication was not great. Wanted to charge full day rate of congestion charge even though it was a 40 minute drive.

The driver was great however and very friendly/helpful.

We paid twice the rate for 2 hours and they tried to double book and take us all over town picking up and delivering the stuff of other people.
Impolite and rude staff, does not help at all with luggage and just plays/acts busy on his phone.
You are better off taking an uber, better service and lower price...

The driver was late for 1.5 hour. Very ridiculous. The company kept saying that it was because of congestion but clearly it was not. The company admitted that it was a delay because of a previous customer, which, is definitely not my responsibility. I booked at 10:30 and the driver did not left until 11:10 and then arrived at 12:00. I should have arrived at my destination latest at 12:00 (accounting for congestion) but instead I arrived at 13:30. I was then late for my personal appointment. I want a 10% refund! Very disappointed and very frustrated.

And now there customer service contact, Anna, has blocked me on Whatsapp, refusing to communicate.

Can't believe this is how Love2removals treat their customers.

I booked a van with 2 movers since I had to move all my belongings to a 2nd floor with no lift and they did it in a jiffy! They arrived 5min early, super nice and they did the moving in like an hour (they were also delicate when they transported the stuff, which was also nice too). I plan on moving again very soon and these guys are already my go-to moving service :)

Nightmare experience- please stay away from these con artists! They were over half an hour late without warning us. Left after 45 mins even though I paid for 2 hours upfront. Shouted abuse at our new neighbour ( we were mortified!) Didn’t help to load anything even though we paid for help loading from the 1st floor. They refused to carry anything at all: Very rude and stressed us out about parking the night before threatening to cancel if we didn’t secure parking (we live on a busy main road with no dedicated street parking so I had to guard a spot for them with bins and brooms from 9am. A bit ridiculous!) Didn’t have straps or blankets. Didn’t have space for one of us to come in the van because the driver had an electric scooter on the passenger seat and got really pissed off when we asked him to put it in the van so my boyfriend could go with him to unload. Love2Removals has great mover but terrible administrator. I booked the reservation through CompareManAndVan and everything was smooth in the first place. Love2Removals is the second removal replacing the initial order.

I took initiative to inform the company that the description in the portal was not updated - as I have some stuffs not packed. This I was told I needed to charge in extra of GBP40. I booked a large van! And I was told to pay extra. After a few calls and explanations, the company agreed not to charge me for this.

However, on my own mistake, I also took initiative to tell the company that I has stated short of one flight of stairs in the new place. I did ask for the additional charges as this was my mistake! However, the same thing happened!!!! The administrator told me to pay for GBP40 for this additional flight of stairs!!!!!! I was mad and argue this being the charge for one flight of stairs in addition is not more than GBP25 in total.

In fact, I had paid more of GBP20 in CompareManAndVan website than the invoice this company had billed me. I told the administrator GBP40 is too much and I shall not pay more than GBP10 in view of this. Tragically, the administrator threatened me to only deliver my belongings only to the original floor stated in the invoice and I had no choice to pay!

What a terrible person!!! Fully avoid this unreasonable, bloody vampire money sucker company.

However, I would need to say the movers sent were helpful and did not ask for anything on how much of my belongings as compared to the listing stated in the booking; and helped me all the way to the new place.
