Helpful and easy to move

I'm happy that I choose this company…
I'm happy that I choose this company because they are more cheaper than others even that they was charging me, it was my fault anyway because I didn't told them that they will need to carry my belongings and furniture more than 50m because I didn't had a place where they can park the van and because I had much more stuff that I mentioned,but the driver O... Was very kind and very understanding and he agreed to do a harder job than expected! I thank this company for its Professionalism and its 2 employees who helped me!!!

I feel completely ripped off by this…
I feel completely ripped off by this company. I inadvertently booked consecutive moving dates. When I asked for a refund on the unused moving date I was informed that the two dates had been merged due to the fact I had one extra box and a small display cabinet to move.
I was charged an extra £10 for the cabinet, which could have been covered by the merged moving fees. I was offered a £10 refund which would have ok with. But because I gave the company a one star review on Trust Pilot they informed me that they would only refund my £10 if I deleted my review.
I will never use this company again
