very disappointing quality - AVOID
I specifically asked about the composition of the cardigan, they confirmed it was 40% cotton when I fact I received a shapeless polyester thing that looked nothing like a picture…waste of your time and money

Sizes are all wrong. Quality is extremely poor and delivery took an age to arrive but that made sense when it eventually did as it's being shipped from China. Have sent an email to their customer service for the item to be returned nearly a week ago now and have not had a response so I'm presuming the whole thing is a bit of a scam. Lesson learnt. *sigh*

Louvico claim to be Manchester-based, shipping throughout the UK with orders arriving within 14 days. Sounds great, right - local business, low carbon footprint, all good.... but atually just too good to be true!

A month after ordering I can see through PayPal tracking (Louvico's own tracking and customer service is USELESS) that the sweatshop in CHINA didn't process anything for a week after taking my money, and the product is still somewhere in the 'shipping' ether - having read other 1* reviews (which I wish I'd seen sooner), I'm guessing it's either never going to arrive or be a useless piece of tat when it finally does turn up.

Ordered men’s Sandles 5 weeks ago. The product has still not arrived. The company told me more than once that the product would arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not order from the guys again, do not expect your product to arrive. It appears as though the products are being drop shipped from China, which is causing all the problems.

Honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I don't even want to award them 1 star. I ordered a pair of the beige Hailey sandals, when they finally arrived the box was squashed and broken and the shoes looked completely different to the ones I ordered online. Different colour and pattern and the quality was awful and they were marked. After seeing on their website I could get a "hassle free return" I enquired and was told I would have to return them to China myself!? Suddenly not so "hassle-free." It does state on their website that the customer will have to pay for the return however nowhere does it specify and say that the return will be to China! Also it's really misleading because on their website it says - Louvico Manchester insinuating that is where they are based with an image of a shop? I live in London the quotes I got from FedEx - £101 and from Royal Mail £29.50 to return. I bought the shoes for £39.95 so I would literally be getting £10 back or paying well above what even the shoe is worth to return them. When contacting the customer service they were absolutely no help and didn't even try to make the situation better even though they state on their website how much they "highly value their customers satisfaction." I was left feeling very underwhelmed and really sad about the whole situation. I am so shocked this company is even allowed to still distribute items. Not only are they lying about being based in Manchester but their items are terrible quality and not worth the price. I feel I have been completely taken advantage of and they have basically stolen from me. I will never shop here again and I urge people to not waist your time nor money.

Ordered expensive summer dress - arrived after weeks despite them saying they are based in Manchester. Item awful quality and now ignoring all communication to return. Wish I had read these reviews before buying

Item hasn’t arrived after two weeks. Advertised as a Manchester business but goods are shipped from China. Poor communication. Refund requested but nothing but a poorly written stock message. Wish I had read other reviews first. Do not use

Hopeless company. Ordered a raincoat in size extra large. not even a small when it arrived, very badly made and would not keep you dry even in a light shower. Made it virtuously impossible to return to China, not Manchester. Do not shop with them

I ordered a couple tees. Not bad for the money. Wash alright too, haven't shrunk or owt.

I don’t even want to award them 1 star. Absolute disgrace. Claim to be based in Manchester but the item came from China. The quality was terrible!! Not as described and more than disappointing. I ordered a raincoat which was not water repellant was so small even though I ordered medium and made in the cheapest possible way. The item was £39.95 discounted by 50% apparently!

I bought this jacket and it's ace. Took it camping, kept me dry in a downpour. Well chuffed.

Terrible quality, customer service is awful, when you try to return the will ignore you until your 30 days have expired then try and pretend they didn't receive any email from you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hubby's new shirt came quick. Fits him well, looks smart. He's chuffed with it.

I ordered some work pants and they're spot on. Good quality, decent price. Might grab another pair.

There is no quality to the clothing. Horrible material so cheaply made.
Offered 40% back after complaints about the garment taking weeks to arrive.
Scam scam scam.

Never received item 14 days quoted...had a case with PayPal and they found in favor of sellers because they had a picture of the bar code...and nothing else... could have gone anywhere was duped into the sellers were in Manchester..how wrong I was....it's in china
