Perfect 👌🏽 fast delivery, quality clothing

I received an email asking me to leave a review for my order so thought I would, I haven't even received my order yet despite it saying online when I ordered (20th Jan )and on my receipt that it would ship on the 23rd January. It's now the 28th January and still no sign of the hoodie being despatched 🤷🏻‍♀️ £65 spent and no sign of it yet, if it's delayed I would have appreciated an email letting me know.
I think their reply says it's all ⤵️

Ordered the new kids tracksuit in size 10-11 , it’s a perfect fit , great quality and my son said it’s very comfortable 🫶would 💯recommend.

Ordered with next day delivery Wednesday night, a week later still no delivery, very very poor, will not be using again

Good product at a good price, but I paid extra for the next working day delivery and didn’t get it when I expected. There was a notice on the product page stating that the product will be shipped on the 14th October so I was expecting it on 15th October. I didn’t get it until 17th.

Excellent service, I didn’t think I would be able to get the limited hoody and it was the only thing my grandson had asked for his birthday, arrived 3 days later , he will be thrilled.

Whether I make a purchase in-store or online the service is 5 stars. And the products are 5 stars.
Ordered some more gear online and within a couple of days my cap was delivered and my Jota hoodie was received on the expected date of release.

Ordered a jumper and there was a problem with the delivery and it never arrived through no fault of their own ! Contacted them and they looked into it and sorted it for me straight away. I was able to go and pick one up from the store. Thanks again

Been shopping with lost soles for a while and they're still the best about for customer service and clothing quality!. Everytime i've had a query or a question about items they always get back to me and always go out their way to help me. I can't say a bad word about them. If you want qulity then look no further 👍🏻

Great quality tshirts , ordered 2 different designs online, I returned one in store as was too big and bought another. Quick delivery and great communication.

Fast delivery, shorts are nice and fit well, however white top I wore once and after one wash the logo in the middle has faded and doesn't look good now.

Still waiting for order to be delivered over a week later; emailed them and they replied asking what the order was for! Answered telling them what I’d ordered but haven’t heard back from them at all.
Spent £50 and as yet have absolutely nothing to show for it. No number to ring anyone. At a loss.
Very disappointed.
