Amazing customer service. I DM’d them a question on Instagram and not only did they respond quickly but they also provided practical help. They went above and beyond. They kept me up to date during the shipping process. When the hair arrived, I was amazed by the quality. Beautiful hair. Beautiful company!

I brought this hair for how beautiful it looked on the instagram page and the bounce of the french braids, now that I’ve used the hair the hair was tangling as my hair dresser was braiding the hair, we had a lot of wastage, to grip the hair was unfortunately very difficult and the end results of the hair was looking very matt, tangled and dry. I think it would be very nice to have a how to care for card and how to use card with the package. Is it better to use bendy rollers and put in hot water at the end for better results or isit better to use mousse and brush the hair out to get the defined curls at the end.

It is important to note that all synthetic braiding hair is prone to tangling if not handled correctly, particularly during the process of separating the strands for braiding. To ensure the best outcome, we highly recommend seeking assistance from an experienced braider who is well-versed in working with synthetic fibers, given their delicate nature. Our care cards and product descriptions, available on our online store, explicitly state that the hair should never be dipped in hot water as this will inevitably lead to matting. While we do acknowledge the effectiveness of using mousse and bendy rollers at night to define and prolong the curl (as mentioned in our online care cards), we strongly advise against brushing through synthetic hair with any type of brush.

I bought Hair for a Bob , the hair is gorgeous and always looks and feels brand new after it's washed and dried. I cut my hair and had minimal shedding. I've reused it three times and once kept it in for months because of work reasons and the hair lasted so well and I still got compliments 3 months later. With the same sewin. Low maintenance braiding hair
Bought both the French curly in colour 1b/30/27 and the custom mixed Kanekalon braiding hair.
The French curly has been very easy to maintain and everybody has been complimenting how beautiful the hair looks. I have already given out the website to a friend and will definitely recommend it to more people.
I am yet to use the custom mixed kanekalon hair. I will be back to leave a review after using it.
