Ordered a shirt
Ordered a shirt, confirmed and told it was dispatched, only to receive another email to say it was out of stock! Refunded right away, but amateur outfit which offers a deal but can't fulfill it. Very disappointing.

Go Thrift is now Loopi. Clothes arrived clean & smelt freshly washed. No stains, expensive brands at a fraction of the cost. Well curated. And cheaper than other vintage/ online thrift stores. Will recommend to friends and use website again

Still waiting for delivery…
I placed my order of two items on the 8th June 2025… I still hadn’t received my parcel by Monday 16th June, its statuses was still “on its way” which was very confusing.
After some research I realised my address had been miss-logged so I contacted Loopi’s customer service team.
Rebecca replied back to me very promptly and assured me they’d send my parcel back to me once received.
I got my parcel the last week of June and I’m super happy with my items :-).
Thanks very much for resolving the issue so quickly and all your communication throughout.
I really enjoyed the whole experience and have recommended your website to a few friends who shop online like myself.
