I am sorry to hear this. We do sometimes have issues with Royal Mails tracking updates but the majority of time time they do deliver quite quickly and provide up to date tracking information. I am sorry that you've had a negative experience though, we do understand how frustrating it is to not be able to track your orders. For the second time the size was wrong
For the second time the size was wrong! I wanted W34.L30. Got W34 L36 ! I have got someone to alter them for me because it just costs me postage each time I send them back. Whoever does the picking needs to know basic numbers

Thanks for getting in touch. Because all of our items are pre loved we do allow for a little stretching or shrinking with age. So we do ask for you to go by the measurements provided and not by the original size tag. Try them on, if you do find they are still incorrect you can of course return them and i'll send you a returns label.

After a few days of dispute with the Loopi team, they refunded my money back, because I did not receive the package, I can't do a review for the clothes and I am very sorry, initially I left a 1 star review because I was very upset that no one took responsibility for my loss, because I was assisted by them and they were fair, I will edit my review

A few weeks ago I found out about Loopi, I was very excited because they have clothes to my taste, I ordered, with next dsy delivery, they arrived after 2 days but not to me but to the neighbors, even though I had not selected to leave it the postman left it with someone else after, 2 days of waiting in vain, I contacted Loopi customer service and they did not help me at all except to send me for a walk to look for my package in the neighbors, which I had already done before contacting them
So I lost £80 and almost no help from customer service who responds very slowly anyway. I do not recommend
