Really impressed
Really impressed. First time buying and my order was here far quicker than expected (within 2 days and I live in Northern Ireland). Clothes were great quality and as described. A few don't fit do I will be returning those.

Both items unwearable.
I bought a Calvin Klein jacket that is unwearable due to the amount of bobbles. I also bought a Tommy Hilfiger sweatshirt supposedly in a size large, I’m not sure if it’s a large child size but it certainly isn’t a large man’s size it is tiny. Such a shame because previous purchases have been excellent.

Won’t order again. Top awful condition
I paid £30 for a top for my son, arrived and in awful condition, stains all over it and also felt damp like it had been just washed and not dried properly.
Returning item and cost me another £4 for postage. Will not order again.

We do also always try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to defects and the condition of an item. We did mention some marks and general wear to this t.shirt. Levi fringed shorts
I bought some Levi fringed shorts for my Granddaughter. The pockets are hanging below the fringed legs and so are unfit for purpose.. The returns portal is not user friendly. I am unable to.proceed as it insists I.should upload something and no obvious contact number
