First time using the service and was pleasantly surprised with comms, service and ease of use.
I did make a mistake choosing item size, totally my fault but worked well in the end as item isn't restrictive in use.

Thanks for your review. i have just gone over our communication and i believe you told me that your parcel was left in the rain by Royal Mail and the package was damaged during transit.
As i said, your items were absolutely not sent in the condition you received them in and we sincerely apologised.
If there is any question about the condition of our items when being packed, our dispatch team will always flag the issue with myself. I also offered you a free return and a full refund for the items once they arrive back to which we have received no response.
We are always very happy to provide our customers with a pre paid returns label should the items not be as described. Please use the label provided and a full refund will be issued when the items arrive back with us.

Lots of choice
Lots of choice, great prices and quick delivery! Only issue I’ve had is one shirt was very obviously damaged by loopi, there was surface cuts on the sleeve which when washed got significantly worse, having worked in packaging before it looked a lot like a slash from a box cutter or blade used when opening bulk clothing parcels. Bit disappointing tbh but won’t stop me shopping here as the prices are good and the choice is varied

Quick to respond, in favour of the customer, to a complaint
The trainers I ordered came with a noticeable stain on the uppers which I photographed and emailed to Loopi. Their response was almost immediate offering me the option to return the trainers or receive a 50% refund. As the fit was perfect, I kept the trainers and my refund was paid promptly.
