Really cumbersome returns process
Really cumbersome returns process, which I didn’t expect for an apparel retailer. You have to organise your own shipping label which makes things much less straightforward. It’s put me off shopping with them again.

OK , when I returned the goods ( wrong size ) I was automatically offered a credit - without choice of a cash refund -an email to that effect was sent to me !
I have still not been notified of a choice. I wait in anticipation..........
