I ordered a few things from lookhuman but unfortunately they never arrived. However, The agent/ rep I chatted with incredibly helpful and got to the root of the problem very quickly, and they issued me a refund. I've ordered from them before with no problems, so I know this issue was an anomaly. I look forward to ordering from them again!

I got the "I farded and shidded" heart pin for my husband for Valentine's Day and he adores it!

I love the prints but lookhuman started using different tees and they’re really poor quality. They have a seam on both sides and it feels weird. The material is actually very thin, yet they somehow leave lint everywhere. I wore a brand new shirt after washing and drying it and my bathroom counter was covered in black lint, as was my face. I’m really sad because I bought 13 shirts, thinking they were okay enough last time, even with the annoying seam. I went up a size to have an oversized look and the tees are super tight but crazy long. I don’t know why they changed tee brands or material or whatever they did, but I can’t buy another tee from them again and I’m sad about that.

LookHUMAN always has what I'm looking for when it comes to out-of-pocket shirt designs that either make my peers laugh or feel slightly uncomfortable. Either way, the shirts always fit really well and are very comfortable to where. They also make perfect gifts for your friends and family that have the same sense of humor as you. 10/10 always recommend.

Love this store, just wish every design was on every type of product!

Responding to LookHuman's question: I can't think of any at the moment, but would love to be able to pick whatever product I would like with the design I would like. I feel that every design should be available on every product.

Look the other way and find somewhere else to purchase your items. I ordered a gift that has been sitting for over a week. Customer service suggested I, "check my mailbox." I was then told the shipper is facing delays in scanning items- it takes them over a week to scan an item?! But the "believed it had been picked up." After asking, I was told they could refund my shipping fees and still receive the item. They then offered to refund the purchase and not receive the item, which indicates they do indeed know the whereabouts of the package and it has in fact not actually shipped.

Their website claims 2-3 days production time + shipping time in one place and 3-5 days production time in another place. Right now I am at 20 days since my order and my items are still in production. I've emailed service twice and they said 'sorry, we're running behind'. I've asked for a ETA and gotten nothing. I've asked for a refund of the priority charges I paid to get this quicker - nothing. Just a lot of lies!

Lots of great products/artwork/choices. I had to fight with the website a little to find what I wanted. But it was worth it and the sale prices were good!

My first order for a “Destined for More”mug was broken on arrival so I ordered another one. Overall, I’m just glad they still sell it.

I placed an order on December 13th which was advertised to arrive before Christmas. It's now December 29th and it still hasn't shipped. I've sent multiple emails and even left a voice-mail, but have received no response whatsoever. I've ordered from them before and it was a good experience. This is so disheartening.

Really wish that I read reviews before ordering anything.

Ordered on Dec 13th, and have not received any communication from the company about my order beyond the order confirmation. Order is still listed as "new" and they have not responded to my multiple emails. I really wanted to like them, as they have some pretty unique items, and I understand shipping delays and unexpected volume of orders. What I don't understand is not answering customers and the 0 communication. What really angers me is that I still receive numerous marketing emails about new sales and discounts. If they're having issues keeping up with orders, maybe they should focus on people who's money they already collected instead of trying to attract more orders (that they won't fulfill anytime soon).

Never again.

Finally received my items 1/3/24. Everything was well made and the mugs I ordered arrived securely packaged. I appreciate the quality of the items but am still turned off by lack of communication.

Absolute scam. I order $100 worth of products well within time to ship for Christmas and it was never shipped. They won't respond to emails nor phone calls. When you call, you get a voicemail? Wild. They stole from me and apparently so many others. Don't trust them at all.

Absolute joke of a company. I feel embarrassed that I didn't do more research before ordering. Thankfully it seems my order is smaller than some other reviewers, I couldn't imagine my anger at losing $100+.

I ordered on 12/11 and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I have sent multiple emails, reached out through their chat service that's always down, even called and left voice-mails. At this point I'd prefer a refund simply for the fact that I don't want my money going to a company that's so unprofessional.

They list that they reply within 24 hours, but it has been 11 days since my order and there has been 0 communication on their end. Save your money, go elsewhere, and do thorough research before purchasing from a company that's new to you.

Received email that shipping label was printed on Dec 8….looks like the Christmas gift will have to wait. Super disappointed with my first experience. Will not be using again or referring anyone!

Worst service I have ever received. JOKE COMPANY, WASTE OF MONEY Ordered December 12th, received confirmation but no tracking or shipping info. Have still not received this even though their shipping time is 2-3 days. Called the number, no answer, used the live chat and they weren't available to live chat, emailed twice with no answer, I can see the order in my profile with the status "new" but when try to submit a claim with the order number the site says the order cannot be found. SUCH A JOKE AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I have no idea where my order is, I emailed the help line 3 days ago, no answer, called the phone line, no answer, now what? My order 6 days ago was shipped but there is no trace of it on their website or USPS tracker, and their customer service is a ghost town. I would steer clear....this may not even be a legit site. No indications that it is! Guess what? Lookhuman doesn't let you write reviews on their site and google is not available.
