Buyer beware
Do not order from this internet company. With the experience I had I feel like anything anyone ordered would be inferior since they false advertise. I ordered 2 American flags on May 9th to celebrate our 250th Anniversary and paid extra to have my order expedited. I paid through PayPal. Their website advertised it would be shipped from their American warehouse and I would receive it 7-12 days. That was all a lie. It ships from China, After almost a month and several emails asking to cancel my order which they kept giving the excuse it was shipped but no tracking number, then I finally got a number after almost a month, I finally received my order and absolutely nothing about the flags were true. It was supposed to be double sided nylon with reinforced stitching with the text reading correctly on both sides which none of that was true. The stripes colors were stamped on one side. The fabric was like paper. The text was only on one side. I wouldn’t hang this junk on my doghouse. This company advertised refunds within 30 days. I asked for return info and to refund my money. I then filed a complaint with PayPal The company offered 10% then 20% price adjustment and asked me to drop the case which was ridiculous. PayPal then intervened on my behalf and after sending Paypal photos of the advertising and a video proving the company false advertised I got notification that my full amount would be refunded. I still don’t have a flag to celebrate Americas 250th Anniversary and now it’s too late to get one. Such a disappointment but I do give credit to PayPal for protecting me and getting my refund.
