Update: After my review here, Ryan called me from the resolutions center and said they would honor the original price I booked at. My flight is in January, as long as everything is legit, I will change my review.

Just like everyone else’s complaint, they say it’s one price they call you to tell you sorry it’s not available and have to
pay more.
GOOGLE... same with the other r”booking companies like this.... they all get you with their “best price” then call and change.
They told me 24 hour process, then called me and told me the ticket isn’t actually available at that $302 and told me it was now $600 but would give me a deal for $500. I thought that was crazy, so I spoke to a “manager” named marshal and he told me we can do $150 more and that will add a carry on. When I told him no again and that I would book somewhere else, he said fine $50 more to cover taxes or they would have to take the hit. I told him no again because I could find for cheaper ... he said ok, fine just send a picture of your credit card front and back. I told him I already put all my info in and he said they couldn’t see it. At that point I felt scammed/sketched out. So he said sorry for inconvenience, we will give you a $50 credit for next time you want to book anytime after January, which is when I was traveling to begin with!!!.. and what he was trying to over charge me anyway. (Face palm)
And I’m sure your response will be like everyone else’s ... you didn’t work with me.... you should have never asked for $100’s more after I book... then gave me two different “manager” ID’s.

We respect a caller's privacy.
However as a Standard Protocol and in compliance with the Aviation Industry Guidelines we always ask for a card copy or photo ID proof for Merchant Validation(as a business requirement for fulfilling bookings by consolidators) before we process it.
Therefore,In your best interest we ensure that only a legit card holder is making those request and somebody else is not doing those changes.
We also recommend you to hide the first 12 characters on Card Number while sending them to us.
b.
In your case if we may add that We tried our best to offer lower than the break even pricing for your travel segment and we were declined for both(Card Copies and price match by you).
Please bear with us as we sometime encounter fare disconnects(as part of a highly competitive Air Travel Industry and the cold fact that the Airfares are dynamic and always subject to availability and current pricing apart from display accuracy.
Please accept our sincere apologies and we wish to improve basis this interaction.

Dont waste your time cuz no reservation gets made
Prices are great but I booked a flight, received an IN PROCESS confirmation# & then 12 hours later get an email to call them. When I call, the guy answers saying "Hello" in very broken english & proceeds to say "no one is available to help you, call back tomorrow." I figured the reservation is no longer good as it has been too long so I make another reservation, with even a better price. The next morning I call to confirm that flight has been made, only to find out neither reservations were made. I kept having to tell the agent that "I cant understand you!" cuz he kept speaking a foreign language. Final result was no flights made by lookbookflight & never will be made by lookbookflight!! Was able to get a flight, a few hours later, on the same WITH a different agent/provider. Never again lookbookflight!!!!

We are going to require our customer service representatives to ask for email address apart from a call-back number for a follow-up. I was so nervous booking through them, but they secured my ticket. I called the airline that I was using and, there it was. I even asked them, if I was going to be on that flight, and yeap.. In the future, I will be booking. Agents that assists me were, Eliza Fernandez and June Victoria. I guess for some it's a scam but not for me. Thank you for the great price, even though I called maybe like 5 times within a hour. Yes I was nervous but when I got the e-ticket, I was fine.

I purchased 7 flights On July for me and my family to go to dominican republic for 495$..... 3 weeks later i decided to check my flight with Delta airline so I called them and The airline told me that I had no flights that my flights were cancelled by the agency!!! When i called this piece of sh**of agency they told me that they would get my flights back but that i had to pay $200 dollars more for each flight!! I told them NO, that I wanted my money back..... !! ITS A SCAM! THEY CANCEL YOUR FLIGHTS

We book you ticket only when we have confirmation through our Air ticket supplier or the concerned Airlines. We do not charge overdue fee from you under any circumstance. Changes and cancellations fee are subject to the corresponding Airlines Terms and conditions.
If we may add that we act as a link between an Airlines and the customer for an affordable Travel. We extend our support in such a scenario If one Airlines cancels your ticket, then we talk to another Airlines to offer you the ticket. In this case, you declined for the ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENT. We would also like to update that your Travel amount including taxes were duly refunded to you. Cancellations were not our fault and Please accept our sincere apologies for the same.

Don't book your ticket here! So today (A Friday) at 5 pm I booked a one way flight for the following Wednesday. At 9pm they called and emailed me that they needed to "verify my information for the charge". No, that's not it at all. They need to verify that they actually have the flight available that you thought you booked hours ago through them. Um, sir, we don't have that flight available is all I was told. RIDICULOUS that a company like this is allowed to still exist. The sad thing is that I found a ticket for $45 cheaper on the same flight on the airline's website directly! Save yourself some frustration - and NEVER consider using this company. A lot of bait and switch going on if they do actually have a flight for you also. Grrrr.

Third time the guy didn't ask for the confirmation number he just said price went up without even knowing my flight!!
When I mentioned he didn't even know my confirmation number yet, he laughed and hung up. What a piece of s*^& website!
