This company is incompetent. Nasty customer service, flight changes, price increases. I could go on and on but I think you see where I’m going with this. They should be investigated. Somethings way off with this company. Never again!!!! 😡

WHAT EVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. I BELIEVE THEY ARE A SCAM AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. WE HAD TO CANCEL OUR FLIGHT DUE TO COVID LAST YEAR AND THEY SAID WE COULD RESCHEDULE FOR THIS YEAR BUT THEY TRIED TO DOUBLE THE COST. WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND ITS BEEN 2+ MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND. THEY EITHER GIVE A EXCUSE OR THE LINE IS BUSY WHEN YOU CALL. I WILL DO MY BEST TO MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY IS SHUT DOWN! I ALREADY FORWARDED A COMPLAINT TO THE BBC, I WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT, SUE, THE PREVIOUS PERSON MENTIONED SENDING A COMPLAINT TO AN ATTORNEY GENERAL WHICH SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS THE WORST EVER WENT ON-LINE AND BOOKED TWO ONEWAY TICKETS FOR 172.74 (9 SEATS LEFT) TWO DAYS LATER I GET A PHONE CALL AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY HAVE NO CONFIRMATION FROM DELTA FOR THAT PRICE AND THEN GIVE ME ANOTHER PRICE 232.00 FOR MORE THAN I CAN GET FROM ANOTHER AIRLINE!!! WENT ON-LINE AND LOOKED UP THE SAME FLIGHT AGAIN AND NOW THE WEBSITE SAYS 183.83 (9 SEATS LEFT) SO I CALLED WHILE I WAS ONLINE AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT ALL THOSE SEATS FOR THAT PRICE ARE GONE AS WELL!!!!!!!! NOW THE SEATS ARE 276.00 THEY SHOULD HAVE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL LOOK INTO THE PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY, BBB SHOULD ALSO LOOK INTO THEM AS WELL AND BE VIGILANT KEEP SHYSTERS THAT TRY TO SCAM PEOPLE OFF-LINE !!!!!!!!!! I SUPPOSE I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOOKED, I NORMALLY DO AND IF THE AIRLINES THEY WORK WITH SHOULD BE ASHAMED (THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WORK WITH DELTA AND AMERICAN AIRLINES)

A few weeks ago I started looking into flights from Florida to the Washington DC area. I used Booking Buddy like I have several times before. One of their websites to check out was called LookBookFlight. This website had the cheapest plane tickets for what I was looking at. I bought a ticket through them and received a confirmation email. Within a few days I received another email saying that my flight had been cancelled. I tried calling them several times to see why it was cancelled, each time the phone line was busy. They had 4 numbers listed on their website and I called every one with the same result. I tried emailing them too with no response. Luckily they never charged my credit card, but I will never use them again. Total SCAM

Last year I contacted lookbook to cancel the flights due to COVID. They cancelled it and gave me a credit. I tried to call them to reschedule our flight but to now avail. The phone line is always busy. “Mike” contacted me originally but has not responded to any emails. I paid almost $5k and have been unable to get my money or even in contact with them.

Worst experience ever! I was told my ticket price went up only to find it did NOT. I was charged $70 for an agent fee when I booked online. Kevin was very rude and lied. He said I used profanity towards him which I didn't. He also ask me a question and cut me off before I could finish answering. I had to go round and round to get my 70 dollars back oh and had to wait 45 days. NEVER AGAIN

Hidden fees you won't see until you check your statement. I triedbooking with limited $ on a card and , they called me back saying the price jumped. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY..

They act like criminals they’re a total rip off they charged me $700 as a cost to book my flight I didn’t realize it until I check my credit card do not buy from them do not use them they are frauds.
I wish I could give them zero stars because they are rip off I am so angry I don’t know what to do.
Their behavior is like long sharks please don’t buy from them.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I TOTALLY RECOMMEND ...SOFIA ASSISTED ME TO GET 13 TICKETS OF THE LOWEST FARE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET...I WOULD LOVE TO BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN..:)

Booked a flight. Following day they called saying that Delta had changed their prices at midnight to $100 more. I booked before midnight so I don't see how that correlates but after the phone call they canceled my booking. I raced home and pulled up Delta's website. Delta actually lowered their prices. Booked with somebody else and ended up saving money.

Absolute rip-off, as others indicated, they advertised low prices and then advise that they will contact you back within 24 hours to confirm. So I received my call back but was told that it was too late, the prices originally shown had increased. Now as I am speaking to them and I am also on their website seeing the exact same price. I immediately cancelled... Liars and they are clearly a scam, misspellings all throughout their confirmation email... please don't waste your time.

UPDATE!!! The company called me back to honor the initial pricing that was advertised.Unfortunately, it's too late as I had to cancel my plans and go a different route.

Peter was really amazing and very helpful with all the services he provided. Definitely recommend him big time.
