Steve from London roof and guttering came to do the job. He really knows his stuff and is very professional. He was keen to ensure the job was done properly and gave a guarantee for the works. I would definitely recommend him. He’s very busy, but persevere in trying to get hold of him. It’s worth it!

excellent service, came to quote 1st . very reasonable We had damp, wasn't sure if roof or gutters , turn out to be gutters, adjusted pipe work to flow better clean out all drains and gutters . Clean PV panels . Very happy with work carried out .

I contacted Steve for roof cleaning generally while searching on google, and he was brilliant - down to earth, no gimmicks, and explained the whole job and answered all my questions, even before I booked him for the job. He was very busy but tried his best to fit my job timely as I had other wall works lined up. He did everything as he had promised. I am pleased with the job done and would highly recommend him !!

Disappointed! Came out 3.5 weeks ago to look at our rental property roof. I spent 4 hours of my day driving to the property, waiting over an hour as Steve was late due to 'traffic' and driving home again. Still not received a quote! He doesn't check texts (I can see my messages are unchecked on WhatsApp) or respond to emails. Hard to get on the phone. Despite me chasing and twice finally getting him on phone and him promising me quote I have heard nothing! Ended up going with another company (who do respond immediately to phone/texts!) and are infact starting job next week!

Updating following response from London roof and guttering:
You did NOT advise of a 3hr slot to arrive for quotation! Had you done this I would have declined but by saying this you are telling future customers when they agree a time with you to arrive that you may be up to 3 hrs late!!! Interestingly my WhatsApp messages are still unread from early June! You clearly do not check messages!
I suggest you find an alternative scaffolding company if that was your near month delay on providing a quote! I found another local company who quoted within 48hrs using 3rd company for scaffolding , completed job within 3 weeks of quote and who I gave 10/10 on checkatrade! I told you roof was urgent as we had leaks in the building and you said end of July was possible! Agree windows and decking were non urgent.
Per govt, there is no longer need to isolate for covid so you/scaffolding co can no longer use that as an excuse!!!! Especially when estimates required are outdoors! 3.5 weeks to provide estimate when we had leaky roof is poor service and you know it!
If only you put as much energy into your quotation as you did your trust pilot response!!

London Roofing came out at short notice over a week to solve an urgent problem I had with my window soffits. They were unbelievably helpful, very efficient and just made the problem go away. I am eternally grateful to them!

Excellent, comprehensive work. Steven arrived punctually, charged reasonably, and left the site tidy. We appreciated the photographs as well. We’d not hesitate to recommend.

The reason I haven't given 4 stars on this occasion is because it is so difficult to contact Steven Keating, but when you do he arrives when he says he will, and his work is very good. Sometime ago he fixed a leak for us that had flummoxed other roofers and had remained unresolved until we contacted Steven Keating at London Roof and Guttering. His work on each occasion has been consistently good. He takes before and after photos of work undertaken, which he can email to you, and his estimates and bills are well and clearly set out. I have no hesitation recommending his services, he is very pleasant and his approach we have found is one of integrity.. Rita Mauri
