London House Rugs Recensioni

I would definitely recommend this company. Visited the branch in Knaresborough; really helpful service. I was emailed lots of photos of the type of rug I was after and rugs brought from London for me to see. I was able to take the rug home to view in my room before I made the decision to buy. Great quality, delighted with my rug.

I required a couple of hall way runners for my flat. I contacted LHR and very soon afterwards they sent me dozens and dozens of examples in folders via email. it proved to be a convenient and very helpful way to view a fraction of their vast inventory. Once I made my selection (about 8 of them) Matt delivered them to my flat and rolled every one out so that I could see them 'in situ'. I thought this was a first class service and extremely relevant way to decide, as carpets can look very different in their intended place than then do in a shop or in a photo. I asked to see a few more and Matt came a second time with my selection. I choose the two I wanted and take enjoyment and pleasure from them on a daily basis. I highly recommend LHR to anyone needing 'classy', beautiful, authentic carpets for their home or business.

Great company, we would recommend

Excellent from start to finish!!! Professional and accommodating.

Faultless service. Every member of the team that I chatted with was a delight and professional. So loved everything in the shop. A proper Aladdin's Cave of goodies. After all you can never have too many rugs! Will be back. Thanks so much

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable service with a selection of rugs, shortlisted based on photos, brought to my home. I am delighted with the one I chose. Excellent value too.

Extensive choice and first class service.

Great service , beautiful rugs ....

Order was late and then delayed further which poor communication. Although the word communication is far too great a compliment for the treatment actually received

No recent purchases but have several London House rugs. Quality and customer service is excellent and second to none.

I have worked on many projects with London House Rugs and their quality and service on every occasion has been excellent. Very knowledgeable and creative in terms of offering alternatives and solutions.

A fantastic service. I asked The London House rugs to meet me at my client’s house having given them an idea of colour and designs I wanted. They produced a great selection and we bought 6 rugs. A very good experience. Thank you.

Due to water damage the Aubusson rug was marked and misshapen , after expertly cleaned ,stretched & dried it was returned In perfect condition.
Every one we dealt with could not be more helpful.
An excellent company .
Thank you again.
