Great choice of rugs and excellent local service.

I have some rugs that I wish to sell and emailed The London House Rugs Company with photo's. I was really impressed as I received a very nice email back from them within a few minutes.

A fast, friendly and polite response to my online question. Staff appear to be extremely knowledgeable and happy to assist.

I made contact with this company and they were super helpful. Offered advise on the value of my rug and best places to advertise and sell. Great customer service experience. Thank you

Bought a rug at auction with London House label attached. Rug had been damaged, so took it to them to repair a tear and cleaning.
Returned within timescale and at a reasonable price.
We cannot tell which corner had been repaired!
Excellent service.

Brilliant service. We visited the Boston Spa shop where we had a lot of help and were allowed to take two rugs home to try in situ. Later that day, as promised, we received an email with a selection of others in the London store that might be suitable. The following week, the ones we had selected were brought to our house and we found the perfect rug. Excellent

London House Rugs consistently responded to questions quickly. I valued their knowledgeable advice and straightforward approach.

London House Rugs were always prompt in replying to enquiries. I very much appreciated their expertise and honesty.

On a Sunday evening I used their online form to send pictures and information about a rug I wished to sell via their website. Had a response on Monday very pleasantly letting me know my options.

Very helpful and honest about the rug I was looking to sell, with basic advice given without charging.

Although the rug wasn't eventually sold, I truly appreciated their assistance and candid communication. They openly informed me that selling the rug might not be possible, showcasing their integrity by not charging me for something they couldn't deliver. Much gratitude for their transparency and help!

Fantastic service, rugs brought to our house and we viewed them in situ and are v pleased iwht our purchase

I've been sitting on (almost literally) large Keshan rug which I have eventually admitted won't fit in my current house. Had no idea of its value or how to sell it, so contacted London. Almost immediate response advised me of rough value and how best to sell it. I'll go back when I buy replacement.

The service provided was polite and helpful. I was guided in the right direction through they could not help me sell my rug.

Enquired about a valuation, quick response.

When I was buying my rug several years ago, staff were extremely helpful in helping me choose one which suited my decor.
After a couple of years, I took the rug in for cleaning and once again was met with professionalism and friendly service.
Now that my living situation has changed, I decided that the rug is no longer suitable, so turned to London House of Rugs again for advice. Staff have shown expert knowledge and have offered sound advice on the value and likelihood of selling the piece.
I would most definitely recommend London House of Rugs for excellent service through all stages
