Brilliant service.
Installed my washing machine within 1 hour at 24 hours notice. The plumbing was complicated and no one else would touch it. Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Chander installed a radiator, good job.

I was very happy with the work and service of an employee of London Flows Ltd. He was very polite, and now I have a spanking brand new boiler! Thanks, David, and London flows!

Homegroup contracted London Flows to a repair at my property over 5 weeks ago for NO HEATING/HOT WATER. I have two children one being a NEWBORN who at the time of reporting was 11 days old they are now 6 WEEKS OLD). I chased for weeks and weeks to be told someone would definitely attend that day only to not show. They finally attended today 13th April only for the engineer to not fit the new part required but attempt to refurbish the old part and advise an electrician was needed (this is what the job was raised for from the START). When I contacted them again today I was advised an electrician would need to be subcontracted and possibly would attend today, they would check for an eta but have heard NOTHING back. So to be clear this company has left me with NO HEATING/HOT WATER for over 5 weeks which is illegal. The only way now for me to have the repair enforced is to contact Environmental Health.

19.04.26 UPDATE: I would like to update my review posted 13.04.26 regarding my heating and hot water repair. Upon writing my review I received a call from the Director of London Flows who apologised and personally ensured my repair was managed from start to finish. He arranged the necessary works to be completed and resolved in full by arranging a new boiler system to be installed. The works were carried out by two amazing and professional engineers Jake and Dylan. They arrived early and explained the process of the work to be carried out. Upon completion I was shown how to use the new system, and the work areas were cleared and left tidy. I then received a further call from the Director of London Flows to ensure the work had been completed. I greatly appreciate how what was initially a traumatic experience via my housing association was resolved in full by London Flows, it is clear this is a company that takes feedback seriously and takes pride in providing a professional service and rectifying issues where necessary. I have now updated to 5 stars as I am 100% satisfied with both the works completed and the level of professionalism I received

Sean did a fantastic job replacing some pipes and a couple of radiators. He was polite, clean and fast.

Sefano was very reliable very professional and polite always on time and I recommended all the clients need job and cleans up after himself

We had a problem with our drainage so we called London Flows. They were here within the hour and Kevin was straight to work investigating the problem and he managed to clear the blockage and explain the issue clearly. I highly recommend London Flows - great when you have someone who knows what they are doing!

My flat was leaking into the shop below for a long time. Max came around and found the leak under my bath and fixed it. The leak has now stopped. Thank you so much now I don’t have to keep having visits.

Had a job booked in for a wet room shower door repair which once passed onto Londonflows went very smoothly. They turned up when they said they would and the job was completed well. The tradesman Chander Middleton Was great. He was polite and did a good with the shower doors and cleared up after himself. Thank you.

I had an engineer visit today from London Flows to fix my taps.

Worked on behalf of London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham emergency services tonight after our water supply failed in our whole appartment block due to an error made by a contractor earlier on.
Max from Llondon Flows did an excellent fast job sorting things out. Thankyou very much

Max came today and identified an issue we have with an ongoing leak in the bathroom. He correctly diagnosed the leak source. He was very informative and helpful and I would highly recommend him.

Chander Middleton was amazing he spoke about exactly what he was doing and did amazing. He did exactly what he was said he would do! Cleaned up after himself everyday and was genuinely a nice guy that we all felt comfortable to have in the flat!

Chandra was punctual, professional and respectful. Tidied up after himself after installing a new kitchen tap.

H&F council hired London flow to do a plumbing job ,and it took 4 plumbers to do nothing i would say they are incompetent . Just bit like H&f council , HERE AGAIN 2 MONTHS LATER and its broke again DATE 22ND NOVEMBER 2025 ,STOP USING YOUNG APPRENTICE TO DO A BIG JOB

Hammersmith & Fulham Council booked engineer Chander Middleton for a water pipe issue between two neighbouring flats. He completed the first survey and about to leave. I arrived unexpectedly and was not due to be assessed that day. However he repeated the tests over, saving time and was very thorough. Chander is professional, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and explained his solution to my problem. I am very satisfied with Chander's service and fully recommend London Flows Ltd.

Max spent the time to thoroughly look at the cause of the problem (in this case a leak in the ceiling) it’s important to say that this has been a consistent problem for a very long time, after his investigation he identified potential issues that were the most plausible reason for the persistent problem and recommended a solution to fix it. I’m looking forward to a leak less ceiling.
