London drugs pharmacy on lonsdale is a joke…. This isn’t the first time the line up is ridiculous, but honestly, a Hospital calls in a prescription for a surgical pt and they tell me it usually takes two days to get them ready but they’ll do a favor and have it completed in a few hours. When the other is due to get the next medication within the next half hour.
I personally would NEVER use them again.
So ticked off!

Have been buying stuff there for a while, never had an issue. Good staff. Fair prices, good products.

I recently purchased an LG smart tv at Davie location and wanted to comment on staff member Tim L. who was extremely helpful in aiding me in my decision in choosing which model of smart tv to purchase. I am a senior and not too knowledgable on the newer electronics and he was soooo patient with me and explained everything to me in a very calm and easy to understand dialogue. He is a real asset to your store and just wanted to let you know how rewarding it was to deal with such a caring staff member. A staff member Candy was also very friendly and helpful in my securing the tv set by placing it on hold for me until i could speak with Tim "again" regarding the purchase. Thanking You, Sincerely, B. We visited london drugs today and an employee she is white with very short hair and a bit old lady asked us to leave to store while browsing. She is racist. Is it becaise we are asian? We visited may 22 around 0430. She really followed us and askes us to leave in an angry voice. I myslef worked in retail but even pandemic we dony treat customerz like they have a disease or virus.

Kudos to a young gentleman at London Drugs at Northtown mall, Edmonton who helped me when I purchased a micro wave oven on May 16. It didn't fit in my grocery cart so he lashed it to the cart with wrapping tape and I was able to manage it on the bus.

Last evening me and my husband went to Regina, South store to get something but the cashier was too much racist. I could feel the racisim through her eyes way she was looking at us. But then I thought everyone have a bad day sometime, realized how she treated the couple before us and a lady after us. It was just us who she wasn’t even responding to our “how are you” and “we have points card here”. My husband even gave her his name so he can check if she put the right phone number in but racisim kept reflecting her eyes and no response. Poor customer service idk how many people would be coming across this trauma she’s spreading. Please install some self checkouts so that people of my skin color wont bother your cashier and they can giggle and talk to their own skin color. This happened to me in McDonalds 5 years ago and after that I haven’t visited there and same is gona happen to London Drugs now. Goodbye keep hiring racisit cashiers they are promoting your business. If anyone thinks I am wrong or making hell out of anything go check cameras for your South Regina,Sk store for 24thApril,2021 and time was 6:45pm local time.

Tried out London Drugs for buying some Allergy pills. They offer "free" shipping over $75.00 so that's the route I took. Unfortunately they use one of the worst ways to ship - Canada Post for their shipping.
The shipment got to within a hours drive of my house. The last tracking information from Canada Post had it departed that city in a Canada Post truck never to be seen for close to a month! I was figuring it to be either lost or stolen. I wrote an email to LD about my missing parcel but was told that everything would hinge on a Can Post investigation. Eventually the parcel started showing up on tracking in the opposite direction from the destination then it did show up. Just not worth the hassle, time or risk to deal with London Drugs when there are so many better reputable online stores who use REAL dependable couriers for their shipments. Free shipping is only a good deal if it is sent with a good dependable company. Like getting a free hamburger that is made with expired meat, poor condiments and a stale bun is not such a good deal likewise with free shipping.

Twice my mother of 96 years has been faced with the pharmacy not having drugs in stock. The first time was amoxicillin. This time the doctor sent in a prescription on Thursday, the pharmacy called Friday about 6 PM to advise the drug was not in stock and would not be available until Tuesday. Too late to call the doctor. Due to her age and condition this could potentially be life threatening. Go to a proper pharmacy and forget the box stores.

The online order I placed with London Drugs was delivered as scheduled/estimated. The product was competitively priced too (literally half the price it was on Amazon).

An email to their customer support with a question about the order was promptly replied to with a satisfactory answer. Would definitely shop here again.

The BC government announced Tuesday that private pharmacies will be accepting bookings for the AstraZeneca vaccine for people 55 - 65 - starting Wednesday. I was suprised to hear this. On Tuesday at 5 PM I went to London Drugs in Maple Ridge to ask an actual pharmacist what this was all about. All she had to say was “you know as much as I do” and that she hadn’t heard anything about it. I then went to the London Drugs Facebook page later that same evening only to see an announcement that bookings for my age group were filled Tuesday! Ignorance compounded by a flaunting of the booking guidelines. I’d also like to know how one was supposed to book in the first place? When you go to their website there’s online booking for Alberta and Manitoba but not for BC. And their Facebook says vaccines were available at 3 locations in BC but doesn’t mention which ones or how to book. This is very disappointing and actually leaves me feeling pretty annoyed.

I used London Drugs insurance at Lougheed Mall in Burnaby recently to sell a vehicle. The fellow I dealt with was super nice and very helpful. Harsha was knowledgeable and offered more support than the insurance company I had been dealing with for years. Because of that I will definitely move all of my insurance needs to this location.

I would like to share my positive experience with Ernie R and Jordan H at the London Drug Store, 2230 West-Broadway. Ernie R was very patient with me on Jan. 31/2021, and he explained to me how to use the head phones and then the webcam. I am really grateful for his knowledge, and he made me feel better when I left the store. Jordan H also helped with my technical needs and how to connect the sound on my laptop and to make the webcam work. Thank you to both of you helping me with all you expertise. I will be back soon, and I just noticed one of my wires broke to charge my I-phone I will be back tomorrow.

When someone phones customer service, you would expect them to know the companies return policy?
Surprisingly that was not the case!
Requested LD’s written return policy, and customer service again failed to deliver.
Without Customer Service, LD, is just a glorified corner store with a pharmacy.

Buyer Beware.

Useless website as they list everything under the sun on the website but the majority of items in electronics i look at says not available in stores or online, so why bother listing them if they cant be purchased anyways......total waste of time, also very poor staffing at Saskatoon lawsome heights store, poor customer service

First time ordering from London Drugs online. Ordered a lot of canned goods...$75 worth to get free shipping.
Packaging was a work of art. Amazon & Walmart could take lessons from LD on how to stack canned goods etc... in a box.
No tracking# did make me worry, but package arrived in 16 days to Northern Ontario.
Good regular price compared to similar item(s) on Amazon.ca.
Chef's Crown Luncheon Meat 340g $3.99, compared to Amazons $6.01

I phoned the Pharmacy for a prescription renewal. Was kept on hold for at least 15 minutes before I hung up. What a waste of time!

London Drugs online Never again, took 14 days to arrive, first email telling it's being shipped by Canada Post, two days Later email telling me it's being shipped by UPS. Tracking showed it sat in UPS Calgary for Five Days arrived wet on the Bottom covered in Mold. Talked to several at Customer Service still waiting for a Call Back for days and Days. Never again!!

Manners & knowledge, I recently went to the London drug store on hastings and Abbott st . To purchase cell phone cellular time and have it put on my wife's phone , 1st clerk didn't know they sold Public mobile , then after a brief talk on where the other clerks got the info from , he retrieved it , couldn't figure out , then said after I bought the time , that he couldn't add it ,, then he called for someone who came and kept calling me dude, every sentence after I explained my situation, he basically said dude I'm the electronic products manager and he never heard of this procedure, I asked for a refunded and left to another public mobile retailer ,who sold us the time and proceeded to add time to her phone , no problem , no hassle and a very knowledgeable person, LD train your staff and manners

Have had two recent on-line orders placed at London Drugs - they appear to have no clue what they're doing! The website says "item available in store" but after you order, you get an email saying it's being shipped from BC. Then instead of saying item was available for curbside pick-up (as we requested), they used the expression "shipped via customer pick-up" whatever that's supposed to mean. And the second order we placed for curbside pick-up, since it was available in-store, was eventually sent out by Canada Post from BC. Now how do we get Canada Post to do a curbside pick-up??

I am absolutely thrilled with my experiences with London Drugs. They fill my orders with care and shipping is done quickly and packed to avoid any and all damages and they include a Thank You note with each and every order.
