My main problem with them is that they send you whatever they want and try to make you believe it’s what you ordered. So basically there’s 50/50 chance you’re not getting the strain you ordered. Also their weed is super dry and mid and they sell it to you for premium price. When I contacted them about receiving the wrong product they said “driver said it’s the strain you ordered, it’s a new batch” and then they said I could exchange it if I payed an extra delivery fee… why would I pay for their own mistake? Never had such a shitty customer service for weed before. What kind of company makes you pay for their own mistakes!? Never ordering from them again.

I've been using ILS for about year or so and they have always had good supply. They deliver pretty much all over Canada and are always on time with delivery. They dispatcher/driver for my local areas is really efficient and always within the time frame they say (aside from really harsh winters, but they still come!) I've never had any issue and they are always polite and make sure you get the product you ordered!

With their new update When I tried to order for delivery to London it wouldn’t come up even when I went to locations and pick London it wouldn’t come up I contact them to figure out what was going on and that took over two hours i had started to order at 4:30pm never got the order finished til after 6:30pm they weren’t very much help in trying to fix this or help things move along faster it took two hours of talking to them to get it figured out ive used the site before and was fine but since the new update not happy at all and on top of that on top of that they told me 60-90 minute eta like usual and when 2 hours had passed again my order still wasn’t so I text and ask and they said 30 more minutes due to heavy traffic at 9pm in London lol I sent the money e transfer over at 6:52pm and it’s now 9:12pm and still haven’t received my order. If they don’t address this which it doesn’t seem like they care then I wouldn’t recommend this sitw
