Kevin the consultant and Shakeela the director were so sweet and amazing with us. I would also like to mention how great and professional Dr Ramia was.

Scammers and keep away. Found them through Google and called and spoke to a member of staff. I read the letter from my GP explaining the symptom and where it was. I made an appointment and had a series of pushy calls and texts confirming the appointment. I was quoted £449.00 if it was done there and then. Had consultation and diagnosis was confirmed except it was smaller than my GP had stated. They then take you in to the surgery room and explain that it's now £1899.00 because of where it is even though it was exactly where I said it was.

Wasted £249.00 but will issue in small claims.

I can see vulnerable people being taken for a ride and pressed in to accepting their sales antics.

Please do avoid and warn others.

£249 to get me in the door for a 4 min consultation to tell me what i already knew. Then give me a price of £1899 to to do the procedure. Feel absolutely ripped off. I left and have found somewhere much cheaper than if i had paid there extortionate rates. They get you in the door with from 249 advertisement and then give you a slap in the face for your efforts

Absolutely appalling service. Dermatologist was rude, disinterested and very unfriendly.

The "Consultation" lasted barely 5 minutes and cost me £195 and taught me nothing I didn't already know.

I left feeling really cheated and ripped off and actually had to shed a few tears I felt so disrespected.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

My entire experience with Harley Street Healthcare (London Dermatology Clinics) has been one that is professional and top notch. It was easy to book a consultation and with their effective and efficient service, I was able to have my procedure carried out the same day. I am grateful to the entire team of doctors and staff at the Clinic but a special thanks has to go to Johnny, Sidra and Jay for their hospitality and care.

Very professional, friendly, efficient and painless. Dr Mokbel highly recommended but much more expensive than originally thought

I came to this clinic this evening, saw Dr Charakida. She was absolutely fantastic. I am extremely happy with my consultation and also my results post surgery. Jony the nurse was very friendly. Shakeela, Jumaima and Sidra were also very very helpful and caring. I do recommend this clinic highly

I attended an appointment today with this clinic and have to say that the doctor Ciara Ciara was so great she was able to diagnose me efficiently correctly and to give me a effective treatment plan I highly recommend this doctor and wouldn’t go anywhere else for and dermatological issues that I may have. Extremely pleased thank you so much to all the staff in the clinic.

PLEASE Please don’t believe it’s £249. It’s not. A mole for the face is £999…?! I went and had a chat with a doctor who then said I’d be charged DOUBLE initially because they were going to send my mole off to get checked… so I said okay because I was taken aback. Then I was sent into another room with someone who wasn’t a doctor lol and she then proceeded to get out a price sheet and say ‘so because it’s on the face you’ll be paying £999 today’. WHAT?! So I said I couldn’t pay that and she said okay well we still need to charge you £249 for the ‘consultation’ HAHAHAHA I am so so so angry. Horrible. Can’t believe they’re getting away with being in business in broad daylight. I am absolutely gutted. Do NOT go to them.
