Lola's cupcakes always deliver great cakes for our daughter's birthday partys. We ordered the Moana tall cake and it was both beautiful and very tasty. Highly recommended.

I collected the Red Velvet cake for my daughter's birthday from Stratford Westfield. The cake looked amazing and tasted delicious. Looking forward to ordering my next cake !

I went to collect my birthday freebies cake. The Victoria sponge cake with fresh fruit on top strawberry, blueberries and raspberry. When I was cutting the cake I've noticed one raspberry colour was changed when I looked deeply the raspberry was mouldy.

Absolute joke of a business.

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter from Lola’s. big mistake!

Turned up to collect it, left my phone at home. Gave them every single detail:
• Full name
• Order info
• Personalised message on the cake
• Pick-up time etc…

They refused to hand it over. The store was closing, and they couldn’t care less.
Staff (Eastern European and Filipino ladies on shift) were cold, rude and unhelpful.

Couldn’t even confirm if I’d get a refund if it wasn’t collected. Instead, offered to keep the cake for two extra days-because who delays a kid’s birthday party for fun?

Contacted head office, even worse.
• Wouldn’t escalate
• No case number
• Didn’t care

When my husband finally collected it, the cake was awful.
Dry, stale sponge smothered in cheap icing sugar.

Never again.
Plenty of better bakeries in London. Save your money and your sanity.

Very happy with the cake

The website was easy to use. I was able to order exactly what I wanted (a red velvet birthday cake), and there was a choice of sizes.
I was able to have the cake personalised and I was pleased with the cost of the cake.

The cake itself is superb. We enjoyed tasting lola cakes. The staff were super friendly.

A pretty cake and decent size. My only critique is we ordered a Victoria sponge and the cream tasted more like frosting and so was a little disappointing. Looks like a Victoria sponge, but it’s frosting not cream - just something to be mindful of!

I wasn’t sure if the free birthday cake was real so I made a visit at your Stratford branch and I was in for a birthday treat!the lovely staff asked me to choose the cake I wanted( opt for red velvet cake) and gave me the warmest “happy birthday”

Lola's cupcakes are the best. The cakes are moist and rich! Amazing. I usually order online and choose the click and collect option which I did more recently and it was so yummy! The box comes with a handle now. Before going home, I met a friend for dinner on the other side of London but when I got home the cake was still very securely in the box with no damage!

Delicious cakes without an over abundance of cream.The cake was made exactly as described and available on time and absolutely scrumptious! So many people asked who made the cake which is always an indicator of success! Reasonably priced as well!

There was a stone in the cake and it damaged my tooth
