Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!

An amazing cake
An amazing cake! It was my mums 50th birthday and I was very nervous about getting the perfect cake. I preordered it and personalised it to be sent to waterloo station and it was there perfectly on time. My whole family loved this salted caramel cake and it was so well decorated as well. Also, I had to travel for a few hours and this cake was so well packaged I didn’t have any issues. 100% will be buying birthday cakes here again.

First time ordering cakes from Lola’s…
First time ordering cakes from Lola’s but won’t be the last! From ordering through to collection, the process was seamless. Then to the actual eating .. oh wow! Absolutely delicious cakes - vanilla and red velvet. Being able to add personalisation was nice too as I’d bought them for my twin daughters’ 18th birthdays. Fantastic all round and I highly recommend.

Lush cake top tier service
I ordered on Wednesday night by Saturday morning my cake was ready. I collected from Waterloo Station. I love the ease of collection and the product was outstanding. I’m a fussy former baker and I will buy again. Top tier cake and service thank you Lola !

So easy, so delicious
I booked a box of cupcakes to collect at Waterloo station. The process was simple, the box was waiting for me when I arrived. The cakes were bloomin delicious!

A treat then and now
Waterloo, was kind and courteous.. the array was beautiful, clean and everything sparkled. I have bought and enjoyed Lola’s since 2006 when a patient gave us Receptionists a box as gift at the Keats Group Practice. It’s always been a treat then and now.
