Lola’s Cupcakes at Selfridges never disappoints! The cupcakes are always beautifully presented and absolutely delicious — moist, fresh, and full of flavour. Whether it’s the classic Red Velvet or something more indulgent like the Chocolate Fudge, every bite is a treat.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and patient, even when it’s busy. They’re happy to make recommendations or help you customise a box. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want to pick up something sweet for a celebration or just to treat myself.

Highly recommend if you’re in Selfridges and have a sweet tooth — Lola’s is a little slice of cupcake heaven!

LoLa’s cake is always my go to for any type of celebration this time around we ordered two different cake the kids absolutely loved it. It was super yummy. The vanilla the chocolate cake was made to perfection.

We collected from Selfridges on Oxford Street. The cakes were not packed in a cool box like all other Lola deliveries we have had before and the cakes were more or less ruined by the time we got home on the hottest day of the year. Staff in Selfridges did not seem bothered about lack of cool packaging. Very disappointed.
Have ordered a few times with Lola’s before and they have been delivered to our home .
This time we are wondering to shop with Lola’s again. Very sad.

The cake was ready early on the day, ready for pick up at anytime. It looked good with all the decorations and it didn’t disappoint, it tasted so, so good.

Always lovely to visit Lola’s at Selfridges. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the cakes alway fresh with a variety to choose from.

I wish Lola would also consider selling one or two savoury cakes for those of us who wish sometimes away from sweet ones!

While the cake was fabulous as always. The customer service was honestly so terrible :( the girl was so mean and moody. She was so rude when I came to collect my birthday cake.

We ordered the gluten free tiramisu opera cake and the vega raspberry and passion fruit (large party) They were both absolutely delicious and people without dietary restrictions enjoyed them just a much as those with. Arrived on time, would recommend.

Enhanced the birthday of someone with milk intolerance. Didn’t think a vegan cake could taste particularly nice but was amazed with the caramel vegan cake. It was well worth the money seeing our friend’s eyes light up at the restaurant when we brought out the cake. Bought from Lola’s in Selfridges. Lovely staff serving. Only downside was that we could not have a message in icing on the cake because we told that the icing was not vegan.

We bought a cake for our engagement party with personalised text on it! It tasted great and all our guests enjoyed it! I would definitely get one again and recommend it to others.

Quality of the cakes are amazing as well as the their service

Cake was ordered last minute and it was gorgeous moist creamy just lovely looked great as well. Loved that I could track for pick up did phone store just to confirm lady was lovely

The last cakes I ordered, where very hard to cut, the sponge quality is not as before, it falls apart like the sponge is overdue. Extremely sugar base. Impossible to finish.

I honest put in the 3 quarter of the cake.
Expensive and very disappointed.

The best cake I ordered was from last year June month for my daughter birthday. Huge success at the party.

I wouldn't be ordering more cakes from Lolas.

Order was seamless, went in store -Selfridge’s Oxford Street. Even got a free brownie - the red velvet one and it was so good! The cake itself was amazing! Got the chocolate fudge for my friend’s birthday and she really loved it ❤️ 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend 👌🏾
