Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. The whole process was smooth
The whole process was smooth, from pre-ordering online with a selected date and choosing the extra decoration for the cake. The delivery arrived early-mid morning and my friend was delighted. It looked lovely and she said it tasted delicious! Highly recommend.

Confusion and No Confirmation of Order
Ordered cupcakes for my birthday. No email confirmation received. No text message on the day received. Went to collect my cupcakes at Marylebone train station as the money had left my bank account to major confusion as I had no reference number.
After showing I had paid for them, got the response that was not accepted and they needed a reference number - that I had not been sent.
After some persuasion the cupcakes were collected as they were actually there. My name was on the box but this initially was not enough.
The annoying thing is that Lola’s must have my email address as they asked for a review - well the cupcakes were nice but the service was bad!

To collect an order from one of our stores you would just need to show either the confirmation email or ID which matches the name on the order.
