Son’s 18th Birthday.

Son’s 18th Birthday.
Ordered the gluten free and vegan chocolate fudge cake. Requested no raspberries. The cake was amazing! Just would not have known that it was gluten free or vegan! Thank you

Birthday cake

I loved the whole aspect of the decoration but unfortunately it was very unpleasant to eat as it was so sweet it was so over powering. Everyone had the same reaction about the cake.

Risposta di Lola's - Lola's Bromley

Hello Maria,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

I am sorry to hear that you found your cake to be too sweet.

I have reviewed your order details and I can see that you have ordered our sweet shop layer cake.

This cake is decorated with a buttercream icing which is our sweetest icing type and can sometimes be too sweet for some.

I would perhaps recommend one of our cakes with a cream cheese or mascarpone icing for future as these are not as sweet and may be more to your taste.

If you do wish to discuss this any further, please feel free to email us on hello@lolascupcakes.com

Best wishes,

Chloe

"The cake was delicious

"The cake was delicious, I give it 5 stars. However, I didn't appreciate having to pay an extra fee for pick-up. I don't understand why there's an additional charge when I didn't request home delivery. For the service, I rate it 2 stars."

The cake was delectable- all the guests loved it and most importantly, my dearest daughter whose birthday we were celebrating.
Thank you so very much!
