I am a huge fan of Lola's vegan cupcakes. Recently ordered a birthday cake that was vegan and gluten free and I am unsure if the cake was off but it tasted rather badly (it was cut the day after it being picked up and stored and unpacked in line with instructions). It was really disappointing as it was a surprise to a colleague and sadly nobody enjoyed thay cake...

We received the cake on time absolutely delicious beautifully decorated. This was supposed to be for my two aunts who turned 80 and unfortunately, the candles were not on the cake. We and a member of your staff had great difficulty with your software ordering from the shop. Took us almost 1 hour to complete this order which we found really frustrating.

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent cake collection from your Clapham Junction location.
I arrived at 7:00 a.m. to collect a cake, but the collection point was closed and no staff member was available. This was particularly disappointing because the cake was intended to be a surprise for my young daughter before school.
I called Lola and was advised to wait approximately 20 minutes, as someone was expected to arrive shortly. However, I waited for almost an hour and no one came. As a result, I was only able to collect the cake later in the afternoon, by which time the planned surprise had been ruined.
When I called again, I was told that I would receive a voucher as compensation for the delay and inconvenience. However, I have not received any voucher.

I would appreciate confirmation of the compensation previously promised, and assurance that this issue will be addressed to prevent similar situations in future.

The cake I ordered was delicious and looked very professional. I also thought it was good value for money, comparing other sites and what was on offer. I would use Lolas again.

Would always see Lola's cupcakes on my way in the train station. Always wondered why it's always sold out. Decided to try them out and I know why they're always sold out now. Perfectly balanced sweetness. Plus they have give NHS discounts and you get a free cupcake on your birthday! (Just need to be a member).

The cake was delicious and the customer service is very helpful and quick, however, the cake looked not presentable when received (dry top of the cake and cracked cream-didn’t even take a photo of it, because wasn’t beautiful at all). I obviously didn’t cancel the order or declined it, because the collection was on my actual birthday celebration, but if collection would be a day before I would cancel it.

The Cake we ordered was the pink ribbon cake and it was for my daughter’s 1st birthday it was the best cake we had ever tasted. Amazing filling and incredible buttercream. Very pleased will be ordering again.

Wonderful large Eton Mess cake, which I picked up from Clapham Junction. The staff were extremely helpful. Also it was just delicious and I ate too much. Thanks

Overall the staff were welcoming and helpful, ready to answer queries.
However the flavour I was looking for was not there (pistachio brownie), so I got something else.
The flavour was fine.
Otherwise happy with my experience.
