Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. I ordered a cake and a greeting card…
I ordered a cake and a greeting card together for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the cake was delivered on time, but the card arrived a day later. This completely ruined the surprise and the purpose of sending them together.
If you cannot deliver the cake and card at the same time, you should make that clear before accepting the order. Delivering half the gift one day and the other half the next day defeats the whole point.
Very disappointing experience. I hope you improve your delivery service so future customers don’t face the same issue.

Stwierdzam iż tort był delicją. Smak wspaniały , owoce soczyste i świeże. Całość pod każdym względem doskonala i absolutnie doskonała harmonia smaków . Jedyny minus to to iż w środku nie było owoców ich stanowczo było za mało . A gdyby owoców dodano do środka więcej to bym dała 5 gwiazdek , natomiast na chwilę obecną dam 4 gwiazdki
