- account managers don't reply to emails, they push everything to support which isn't very helpful
- we were not able to use service as intended for multiple weeks, had to build some workarounds on our side

Regret as CTO choosing this service
Their API is far more clunky than other providers, changes to unpredicted and break the whole deployment pipeline.
Also mind they have pretty much no reimbursement policy no matter if you can't use their service anymore, it goes to the absurd extend that annual plans with 11+ months remaining can't be cancelled.
Don't fall for it, there are tons of more reputable competitor SaaS.

Fabulous Service!
We have been a customer of Lokalise for quite a while now, one of few services within it's niche that keeps customer satisfaction as their top priority! Translations to multiple languages are done on a top level even with very tight deadlines.
Most of all, we are happy with the level of support we receive. Not only is support fast and professional, Lokalise shows great care of the clients and always goes an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction!
