I was not told that the revised logo would take 24 to 48 hours. I was only told it will take 24 to 48 hours to see my initial logo. Either way, they made sure I was 100% satisfied. I will recommend this company to anyone I know who have an idea of what they want and LogoEminent will make your dream come through.

Horrible. Paid $99 for a logo and you guys just took my money and didn’t even create a proof for me. Paul Cook my design guy hasn’t called me since 4/20/2023. The day I paid. I guess you have my money so who cares. But you guys state money back guarantee so I would think you’d want to deliver a product to your customers. Very disappointed. I was told 24-48hrs I’d have 8 designs. Well 7 days later and nothing. I’d like a refund at this point. I’ll just move on to the next. And you sent this review my experience to mailbox so I figured I’d let you guys know what’s going on.

All was fine up to the point where i asked for some very simple revisions to the first draft of the logo. I was promised revisions. Nothing. I reached out to ask when to expect revisions (again very simple ones,) and was promised revisions by monday morning, but monday and tuesday came and went, while the designer, Paul Cook, ghosted me on email and text. Twelve days out from first contact, I had no logo and no idea when or if logoeminent would send me one. ONCE MY ONE-STAR REVIEW POSTED, someone from logoeminent reached out to me, and got my logo to me that day. He was apologetic and very eager for me to delete the bad review.
I’m happy with my new logo, but obviously not with the experience.

Brian was very attentive to my needs. He answered all my questions. He guided me through the whole process from beginning to end with purchase and idea arrangements. so far so good. I'm just waiting for the finished product. I can't wait to see what's coming!

I got the feeling that Ben really cared and listened to what I needed instead of a typical salesperson who pushes their products to make a commission. I welcome the change.

Logo Eminent is definitely a whole package. You don’t need to worry about anything else if they are handling your work. They offer strong website branding which will for sure nail your customer’s experience. I would say it’s the easiest way to launch your business and design your brand. Do check them out.

Going for independent designers was such a hassle. Finding a suitable designer was hard and then coordinating with them was a pain. I am glad we have credible and innovative designers available with platforms like Logo Eminent. Their designs are original and well executed. The most important thing was that it was easy for me to coordinate and convey our feedback for the necessary changes. Some designers just can’t handle criticism. I am glad that their design team was open to listen to the changes that we wanted.

I own a small moving company in Dallas that needed a logo that clearly defines what we offer and that is easily identifiable on our moving vans. We worked together with Logo Eminent and came up with stellar illustrative logo options and eventually selected one that best worked for us with our brand colors. It took me forever to find credible website designers and that too being on a limited budget. The designers of Logo Eminent definitely came through with their website layouts. They know what they are doing for sure. Definitely coming back for more of their design services.

We had a difficult time locating an agency who could quickly and affordably transform our Word documents into impressive stationary. Our expectations have consistently been surpassed by Logo Eminent. This whole process was a joke and I wish I hadn’t started working with them. The logo is fine, but I ultimately gave up on trying to communicate exactly what I wanted. The worst part of the experience was the fact that no one mentioned a copyright and trademark fee on top of the cost of the logo. So I pay the $149 for the logo thinking that’s it and then they tell me they can’t send the final product until I pay another $350. So I agree because at this point I’ve already lost money. Then I get a fake looking “certificate” of copy right that literally has typos. Save yourself the money and aggravation.

The experience to get started was great. I am a bit confused though. We havent started the process to make the logo and you are asking how you did.
