I paid for a package, got into the logo design and before they would finalize the design they required an additional payment to register copyright. All fine, except I explicitly told the salesperson that we didn’t not intend to register copyright at this time. He indicated this was not an issue and processed the payment. Now my logo is being held hostage unless I pay an additional fee.

The design was OK. Staff continues to harass me after my order was finished. They are trying to get me to pay an extra $400 (in "government fees") to acquired the 100% rights the website indicated was included. I've asked them to stop contacting me multiple times

After receiving zero product from Logo Eminent, a logo design business and writing a review, the company kept texting me four times begging to remove the review. They continued to default on my logo design, Domain name, hosting,and website that was completely paid for. I then hired a new company and in just 45 min. They had my new domain name and website up and running. With that kind of positive service I was convinced that Logo Eminent had to go and friday I text them your fired. I received zero from Logo Eminent throughout 22 days of hell that was replaced in 45 minutes. Hope this helps anyone needing logo and website services.

Online design platforms are easy to use and free but it’s often hard to get that professional touch when it comes to branding and logos. Believe me I have tried that way but my designs were just not it. I first used Logo Eminent only for their logo services and it made my life so much easier. Highly recommended!

Took 3-4 days to make the logo then over a week to make a simple color change and then was lied to about the employee that was working on my logo had passed away.. my logo as super simple and the lack of professionalism was wild. I wouldn’t recommend these guys.

I was a bit skeptical about collaborating with online designers for my pizzeria. I wanted my pizzeria to be like no other in Springfield. I wanted my brand to reflect the authenticity of this freshly oven baked delicacy with a homage to its Italian roots. Logo Eminent knew what I just wanted and I am happy I did go to them for my logo and social media design. I would come collaborate again for my website design.

Although the finished product - a logo design based on original artwork that I provided came out well, the designer failed to provide it in a timely manner. They did not meet their promise to complete it within a week. In fact it took them a month to get the finalized product to me. I communicated throughout the process and it seemed that they were more interested in trying to get me to purchase additional products such as business cards and flyers then simply providing a finished logo in various formats. If your on a crunch timeline to get a finished logo, this company may not be the right fit. If you’re not in a hurry and have a month or more - and the price is reasonable then they may work for you. Overall in my case they failed to perform quickly and affected my overall project completion (logo layout for business signage).

My account executive Ben was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. From start to finish Ben understood what I was looking to do, was able to pass along to the creative team. They came back with a logo which need "zero" revisions! Well done everyone.

I've designed plenty of logos in my life and I was getting stuck on one for my new business. I signed up for the Best Seller and gave some background about my business. I got two great logos back, but I fell in love with the utility and simplicity of one of them. I liked it so much, I upgraded to the Business Plus plan to get more options with my logo. This was one of the easier experiences I've had with a third-party design company and I'll definitely recommend LogoEminent over using Fiverr or anything else.
