Steve came out to fix my key exactly when he said he would, was efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you!

The company contacted me within 30 minutes of the post office authorizing my claim. They sent a very knowledgeable engineer out the same day who sorted me a new key for my Mercedes. 10 out of 10 for service. No stress, very easy.

No issues with the actual door being unlocked, a few minutes and I had access. So if I did not have to wait so long, I would have given 5 star score. I was not presented with a correct time of arrival until 16.00. This only happened after I had to chase twice with 2-3rd parties RAC/ Davies and was informed that it was due to a motorway accident. The other parties should contact the customer if the delay is unusually long. My booking was an am slot expectation 11.30 and the locksmith called me to apology for delay when he reached Ashford. This was appreciated but I was not; sure if this was genuine or not after learning he lived close by to my address and suspected time management suited him better to deal with me at the end of the day.

The guy who came out to me was super calm and reassuring - so patient and skilful - never for a moment didn't doubt that my keys would be retrieved - very polite and great communication from the off - thank you 🙏🏻

Lost the car key, what a delema, but with a quick phone call , ( it will be replaced ), the next day the key man arrived and replaced the key only took about an hour, what a fantastic service well done.

The locksmith arrived on time and replaced and programmed my new key without difficulty. He was helpful and let me know my car battery was a little flat.
