Was very disappointed with the service from the staff on the phone was told I would get a phone call and had to ring back three times I wait four hours from 4pm till 9 pm my wife is disabled and is on oxygen her bottle lasts approximately 3hours we had to pay to get the car recovered home because we was standard to get told. That they might not arrive till tomorrow I wasn’t happy in the end a guy rang me from a inderpendent company working for the rac who was 100% reliable came to my house done the job he was very professional

I had lost my remote car key but had the manual spare . They came out the next day. Communication about timings excellent. The guy that came was really nice and professional. All done in 20mins. Very pleased

Date and time was arranged promptly. Locksmith called on the day to clarify time of arrival. When he arrived he went over the issue with me and then set to work and when he was finished went over with me what he had done to make sure all was completed and ok. Locksmith was very curtious and polite. So happy customer.
