My back garden door key had snapped inside the lock and he was honest from the start about what needed to be done. He was friendly and explained the issue and resolution details in a way I was able to understand properly and dealt with any challenges that came up without any fuss. Very professional service from Lockout Locksmith Ltd. Communication was excellent throughout. They answered my call almost immediately and quickly connected me with Pravin, who was both highly professional and easy to communicate with.

Pravin arrived incredibly quickly — within about 30 minutes — and identified the issue with my lock straight away. In fact, he managed to gain access to the flat within minutes and without damaging the lock.

He was courteous, efficient, and focused on solving the problem. He even left the area tidier than he found it.

I can only recommend Lockout Locksmiths Ltd. Nadeem was very reactive and came very quickly to my address on a Sunday morning when I contacted him to ask him to help my son who had locked himself out of my flat while I was away. He did a great job and managed to open my door without drilling the lock and charging me even more to replace it, which I really appreciated. In addition, his intervention was very reasonably priced. And finally, Nadeem communicated well and was very nice and polite.
