Clive from Lockforce in Weybridge is amazing. Not only is he very skilled at what he does, his customer service is out of this world.

The lock on my newly installed patio door broke at 5pm on a Friday and I was unable to contact the contractors. I called Lockforce the next day and within the hour Lee had been and changed the lock, and settled the bill directly with the lock supplier as it was still under warranty.
Such a fast and friendly service, and I would most definitely recommend Lockforce!

I’ve used Craig at Lockforce Swindon again for a job at one of my rental properties and, as before, his service was excellent. From start to finish, he made the process straightforward and stress-free.

I coordinated the appointment for my tenant, and Craig was flexible and accommodating with timing. I requested that he call the tenant on his way to the property, which he did promptly, keeping everyone informed — incredibly helpful since I wasn’t on-site.

The work itself was completed efficiently and professionally. Craig identified and resolved an issue with the door that had been causing problems, gave practical advice to my tenant for any future adjustments, and charged a fair, minimum fee for the service. His communication was clear and prompt, and he followed up with an invoice straight away.

As a landlord, it’s so reassuring to work with someone who is reliable, courteous, and proactive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone, and he will remain my first choice for lock or door issues, whether they are on my own property or a rental property.

On 10 January 2025, Mr William Ewing, a franchisee of Lockforce (Lockforce Glasgow), attended my home to change the external locks upon the verbal instruction of a co-owner. Mr Ewing was informed at the outset that the parties were involved in divorce proceedings. During the course of the work, the other co-owner arrived in person, identified himself as a title holder, and explicitly informed Mr Ewing that the work was being conducted without his consent. Despite this direct objection Mr Ewing continued with the installation, making clear he would do as he pleased. I would not recommend Lockforce. This was in respect of a property worth in excess of £1.25m.

Tyrone came very quickly and was very efficient. I ordered a new lock and he cane back the same day, which was a relief. No call out charges were made. I received exemplary service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Company.

Tyrone was professional throughout. He explained what was required for a replacement lock and the options available. He arranged extra keys, and was tidy and neat in his work. The lock and keys were tested and explained and the quote was confirmed before the work started. Highly satisified

Peter came to my place in Maidenhead to replace the front door lock as I had recently moved place.
Communication was great and was able to get a quote and booking quickly, all questions I had were answered promptly and the job was completed on time. Will be reaching out to Peter in future and would definitely recommend him to others.

5* service from Holly, covering the Halifax and Huddersfield area of West Yorkshire.
She came on time, but unfortunately the police had advised not to change the lock until they had attended. She returned later in the day, at no extra cost, and fitted a new, upgraded lock, explaining everything she had done and we felt confident that she had given us good advice as to which replacement lock to choose.
Very polite and excellent customer service.
West Yorkshire is a new area for her to cover, so hoping this 5* review and recommendation will help her get more work

I contacted this locksmith on a bank holiday when my key broke in my front door. After calling around I found Lee and he saved the day!

I am from Swindon and my friend called lockforce and spoke to Craig millward on Sunday 1st June and by 3rd June it was all done replacing my fob key for my car he was very pleasant and friendly

I initially contacted James though a local business directory. He attended when promised and replaced the faulty part. His bill was fair and I later passed on his details to a friend who was also very pleased with his service and cost. Last year the fault on my door seemed to have re-occurred and James attended. He advised me that it was covered by his guarentee so there was no bill to pay, Great customer service.

Brian provided an excellent service and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Brian arrived at the agreed day/time to replace the faulty lock and kept me updated on progress.
In June i had to call Brian out for the same lock which was playing up. The fault was found to be the door mechanism and not the lock which Brian fixed at no extra cost. I could not fault the workmanship and service and this company will definitely be my go to for any future locksmith requirements.

James attended within a very short time from our initial enquiry and did an outstanding job replacing an indoor lock. The action of the lock was immediately improved on the original installation and still is around 9 months later. On top of that, James was very affable, a pleasure to have doing a repair job for us
