I would strongly advise against using these people. It says no call out fee but they do in fact charge a call out fee. The quality of their work is appalling. Our lock and handle was left in such a bad state that we had to call a proper locksmith in to put everything right at more expense. He doubted the previous person was a qualified locksmith. Don’t waste your time and money on these cowboys.

SCAM. NEVER use this company. I just paid £700 to replace a lock!!! The price was not made clear to me before the job was done. A lot of numbers for various locks were thrown at me. When the job was done, I didn't feel like arguing with a man on my own; when you are locked out, you are obviously in a vulnerable position. I have phoned the company and they have given me a mobile number for the manager who does not answer his phone. Looking at all the reviews (too late..) I gather this company needs to be stopped. what a scam. I just paid £700 for a 15-minute job.

Made the big mistake of calling them after panicking over a door we couldn't lock.
Man came with a dewalt drill in his hand, damaged my door, stunk of drink, and charged me the horrendous price of £144.
Fitted a temporary lock, that didn't even work properly.
In the end, ordered a new gearbox latch from ebay, and fitted it myself.
I would Never ever ring these people again.

1 star is too high. Wish I had read the reviews before panick booking when locked out. The “locksmith” himself was quick to attend, courteous, slightly damming of the companies lies about no call out fee, but ultimately got us into our house with no damage. A job that should have been £150 tops - £200 in a panick; but then the “emergency call out” on top of the call out and entry fee, all plus VAT - £350 later…

Apparently I would get a detailed VAT receipt, I gave my email, nothing. 4 emails to info@ - not reply. Messaged the “locksmith” - no reply.

I’m not an accountant, but suspect VAT fraud as a minimum, and would welcome them to prove me otherwise.

It’s difficult when you are locked out, with a distressed partner, late at night - but get the number for a decent local firm now and put it in your phone so you don’t get tripped off by these guys who may well be committing fraud.

Complete scam, I have disabilities, Complex PTSD. The guy came over did everything very quickly, told me that I wouldn't have to pay £75 for the call out. I read on their website that £39 was the minimum charge so I assumed I wouldn't be paying much. He didn't even show me or tell me how much it was. As he drove off I got a bill transaction of £355. This is a scam. I am disputing the charge and will be going to citizens advice on Monday. These people are taking advantage of vulnerable people across the UK. I called the police and they've said it's a civil matter. I advise anyone who is affected by this to contact trading standards.

DO NOT USE. I was ripped off with their charges. I called them to speak to them about the matter and was told to email them. I did a few times and they did not reply. They are scammers and very dishonest.

DO NOT USE. They lied about charges, the man who came round was rude, verbally aggressive and intimidating. He had his whole backside on show, not just a little slip of the waistband, he was almost undressed.

I called these guys because I needed to get in to a bedroom with a broken lock in a hurry, so didn’t have time to check out reviews and I wish I had.

Caused more stress than they solved. DO NOT USE.

Actually I was initially quite concerned as when I rang I was slightly pressured into it by the guy on the switchboard saying the locksmith would be here in half and hour so looked for a review and was shocked - I spoke with the operative Tony and agreed a price that I was happy with and he charged me only that so he did the work well and fast

I agree with previous reviewers and wish I had read this before, as I never would have used them.
These people are con artists and absolute sharks.
They advertise low prices on their website but then they charge total rip off charges when they arrive!
Charged £350 to my old vulnerable 80 year father in law just to replace a single internal bedroom door lock! He was totally conned and they knew it!! Taking advantage of an old person is so cruel and disgusting.
I phoned them and explained that I thought their behaviour was reprehensible and they have exploited and hugely over charged a poor old man, they couldn’t care less.
I am sick to the stomach that I didn’t read the other negative reviews on here before booking them for my father in law.
Please don’t make the mistake I made.
They will tell you a totally different price when they turn up and rely on the fact that because they are there and you are desperate to get the job done that you will give in,

The job was worth £100 at best and we paid £350. GUTTED!! My poor father in law. Thats half his monthly pension they stole from him.

I called this company out , because my front door lock was jammed. I ask him, can you do bank transfers later that day. Because my husband is working when you arrived.
On the phone , the bloke said yes.
He said he will be 30 to 40 mins , an hour later he arrived.
The bloke said said the pin inside the lock has broken and that I needed a new lock.
When I mentioned the bank transfer, he changed his mind and said I can't do that.
So why did he say yes on the phone, to then change his mind.
I said to him , I need to go out later, what about my lock.
He said i can sort something out with out having to put a new lock.
He got a screw driver and wd40 spray.
And said that will work
So I tried the the lock and did work.
2 mins it took him to that.
And gave me his bank details and charged
£105 for two mins.
Don't ever use this company again

Don't use this company charger £550 for one hours work. Spoke to local locksmith from Master Locksmiths association who said it would normally cost no more than £150.

I feel sick after how much I got scammed here. My family and I locked ourselves out late Sunday afternoon. Called them and they said somebody would be with me in 30-45 minutes and call out was £49.

Technician arrived after about an hour or so - in fairness he did call to say he was stuck in traffic. By this time it was getting dark and we had a three year old with us and it was raining.

He looked at lock and said it would be £330 to drill it open! I was shocked. Initially I said no way but then given the day and lateness and cold and tired toddler I had little choice but to agree it. It took him 15 minutes top to drill...£330 for 15 minutes!!!!!

He then said he could fit a replacement for £75 which obviously I had to do for security and insurance purposes. Then when it came to settle up I thought it would be £454 which I already was feeling sick about but he then told me it was £600 in total due to fact callout actually £69 for a Sunday, £30 for fitting new lock (that took 15 minutes as well) and then Tax on top of it. No invoice or anything either and no advance notification of additional charges like £30 for fitting! I tried to argue but he was fairly challenging, standing outside my house holding the keys to my new door whilst I had my toddler behind me.

That's £600 for 30 mins works. Total scammers who prey upon people's misfortune and situation - like it being 6pm on a wet Sunday evening with a toddler and no other option. Please do not use!!

I would have given them a 0 star rating if I had the option to do so. I looked them up online and called the number provided since I forgot to take my keys with me and I accidentally locked myself out. The person who answered the call mentioned that the cost for just opening the lock would be GBP 49. I asked him if there would be any additional charges for coming to my place or any other things. He mentioned that if it was a basic service, it would only cost me GBP 49 and there is not other cost involved.
I was ok with the price and asked them to come. The technician arrived after 50 minutes and the minute he come to my place, he immediately told me that the lock cannot be picked and that he needs to drill the lock out and place a new one. The lock on my door was a very simple one that could easily be unlocked and I told him that it was already opened once and it did not take more than 5 minutes. He then mentioned that he will try to open it and asked me to pay GBP 100 stating that the price to open the lock is GBP 49 and the price for him coming to my place is GBP 50. When I called their office regarding this, a lady answered the call and even before trying to check what happened, she said that if I am not ok with the price, I can cancel their service and pay GBP 50 for cancellation. When I told the technician that I will not pay any money, he then agreed to do the job for GBP 60. It did not take him even 1 whole minute to open the door. They cannot be called as a business providing poor service, they are outright scammers.

Could not get into house as lock broken. Did the job. Arrived on time. But by no means straight forward about the cost of the lock they replaced. Quoted hundreds of pounds over apparent actual cost of lock they were replacing. No invoice issued. Had to use a bank transfer to pay them.

AVOID!!!!!! How is this company still in business! My aunt who is 73 called last night to say needed an emergency locksmith for a broken front door. They agreed a time of 11am for today, talked to her about a possible price, said final price will depend on how many keys what type of lock etc. no straight answer about a price. They had the address, postcode & had agreed a time. 11am today, nobody shows up. My aunt calls them, they deny taking the call first, then they say it was a colleague my aunt spoke to. The woman had broken English & my aunt who is a retired professional woman of sound mind, recognised the woman’s voice & said no, you were who I spoke to & who arranged the time with. The woman then says we don't cover your area. From reading the reviews on here, I think we have had a narrow escape! Liars, thieves, people who like nothing more than to exploit the vulnerable is all i can gleam from every review I have read!!! Shocking how are they allowed to trade

Robbers! I wish I’d checked the reviews before calling this company but being so unwell with a chest infection I just wanted to get it sorted.
In a rush for drs app I Left my key in the lock on the inside of the house so my other key wouldn’t work on the outside. I called this co and explained what happened but said I won’t be home for an hour. What seemed a helpful man said that was no problem as he’s take an hour anyway. He advised if it was a simple fix £39,if drill needed would be more. I knew it just needed the long tool to poke through letterbox as this has happened previously 🤦🏼‍♀️
I received a txt 5 mins after I called to say he’d be 20/30 mins, I explained I had already told the office I’d be an hour and he said he would wait. No reply to explain other cost.
When I arrived he got out the car and said that it’s a ‘high security’ lock which needs drilling and will be very expensive. I said no you just need the long tool, he went to get this out of his car (surely that should be the first option?) within 30 second of arriving at my door he used the tool and the door was open.
He then said the call out charge alone is £59, opening of the door £49 then another £59 for keeping him waiting.
I called the office back and explained that the guy wanted to charge all this money and I wasn’t informed of any extra charges and also that we both said an hour would be fine which he denied and then this what seemed previously helpful became really rude and aggressive in his manner and said that the man was right. I refused to pay him what he was asking but gave him £50 and said that’s all I have and all he’s getting, I appreciated his help to get in but I don’t appreciate being robbed. He then left but I am now quite anxious as these men seemed angry.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

My brother was told by locallocksmith4all that they could come right away as they were in his area. They did his lock and charged him £400. My brother is autistic and believed he was being helpful to the company and saving them an extra trip out to the countryside. They took all his money. I have contacted Trading Standards and they signposted me to Citizens Advice Bureau on adviceguide.

How I wish I had checked the reviews a few days ago!

The most horrible locksmith I have ever seen. They came around My flat. Didn't say anything about price. That man was foreign, he was not able to talk English good BTW. After he opened the the door he asked me to come with him next to his car and calculated 100 for emergency call, 56 for opening the door by plastic card. If I knew about this amount, before he opened the door I refused because they wrote it start by 39.
I called to their center and asked to speak with manager . The man said boss is on holiday he will come Monday and on Monday I called again he said manager will call you but he told me lie. They don't have any email address send their WhatsApp is doesn't work. They are deceivers. I am very upset. I want the invoice and receipt.

Please, if you do anything, do NOT use this ‘company’.

As other reviews have stated, this crook belongs in jail - and I doubt it will be long until he is.

For safely concerns, I don’t even want to go into detail of what this awful person has done (says it all, no?!), but avoid, avoid, avoid… and tell everyone you know to do the same.

If they’re reading this, be so desperately ashamed of being so brainless you have to scam for a ‘living’. Go study and get a real job.

Was quoted 49 call out and 25 per lock on phone when finished was told £266 which I refused to pay. He was there only 20 minutes doing 2 locks. Absolutely scamming do not use this company! I paid £170 and said I would call police and trading standards.
