Loansmart Recensioni

I dealt with Julian who kept me up to date with every step, very professional and helpful.
definitely couldn't fault at all.

Wow the lack of communication… very unprofessional. I applied for $1000 loan for vehicle repairs, I waited and the guy who was helping me emailed me straight away but when I completed the photo id and bank statements, the headline for they’re loan is “ SAME DAY, SAME LOAN” absolute bullshit
it took 2 hours to get in contact with him, did he call me? Nooo I had to call him, he then told me that he give me a call straight away as soon as he finished, (this was at 2pm) it was going on nearly 5:30pm I started to get impatient I called them again and they said they had nothing from me at the moment and told me he would call me first thing in the morning. Comes the morning to the afternoon where he never called back so I had to call him back there was still nothing and emailed me back saying no one has accepted my loan and will reach out to me. Never reached back to me, I don’t recommend this loan place, better off going somewhere else with better communication and benefits. Trust me

Old harbour loansmart great customer service 👍 keep it up

After jumping through hoops with multiple different finance options that had great reviews on how easy they were no matter how much you had or your credit score to be passed over. When all I need was a helping hand .. contacting loan smart was my best decision. Shayaan helped me without making me jump through hoops easy to deal with and such a great outcome glad I finally found someone who actually looked at my application properly not just the money I owed

Thank you so much Dani for your help. Awesome to deal with. Quick n efficient, did more for us than we expected. Highly recommend

I truly appreciate your efforts in securing me a loan

Great service and company.
Thank you

Jonathan was excellent to deal with got the information he needed then gave us some options to consider then actioned it all once we chose the best option for us and seen the whole process through right to the end, loan smart is a better option over most other providers and went the extra step to help the customer out and understand the process.

I found Brady so easy to deal with. Made the loan easy to get and has great communication along the way.

The experience and process could not have gone any smoother or easier. Andrea Malcolm is very helpful, quick and kept me in the loop from start to finish. Thank you so so much.

My experience with Loansmart was a blessing given I had applied with several companies prior to Loansmart. The experience I had and appreciate for all the advice I received goes to Dani Hoult. I had a few technical hiccups along the way, but Dani was always but a phone call away, and I made sure to call her to keep me on the right track.
I want to thank her for all the information she gave me to follow, ending with congratulations on the approval.
Thank you Dani Hoult.

Jonathan Wilson from Remuera is amazing. He accepted my request for a loan from your company and was sincere, absolutely helpful when I told him my dilemma. He went above and beyond in the loan application process right through to payment to me. Thank you Jonathan so very very much...Regards Tab

The process of signing up was ok, friendly staff too. However what is posted on you website is completely different once the experience starts. I was told 3-5 business days to process the request and I firmly believe that if I hadn't been calling to check up on the process I wouldn't be informed that it was rejected. I was really depending on you guys to help me out of a spot but now I just feel as if you took my money knowing I wouldn't get through......this was a bad experience for me and I believe that it has shut the door for me and loans.... Thanks a million loansmart for opening my eyes to what it really is.

Excellent customer service from Dani. Definitely recommend for the hassle free loan process. Thank you!

Amazing Service. It's so quick and so easy to deal with.
Big thank you to Min Hawley

Oscar Andrade was extremely proficient and dealt with the cycle rapidly. Just disheartened about the manner in which I got the cash a day late on the grounds that MoneyGram just permits $2,500 each day and my credit was $9,000. So I needed to call them and requested that they store the cash straightforwardly into my financial records making me late on an installment to my lawyer.
