Fantastic service, with fresh produce that's always a delight and an amazing team behind it! The use of sustainable packaging and milk bottles that can be reused is a big plus.

The quality of the products is excellent. Service is great and the website easy to use to modify or add to weekly subscription.

The quality of the products from Loaf.ly is always fantastic. We love receiving our delivery every week, to our front door, of fresh farm eggs, bottled milk and gorgeous pastries and bread. This small company is very customer-focused and conscious of protecting the environment, including using cycles not vans for delivery and avoid9ng plastics for packaging.

Been receiving Loaf.ly's products for over a year and absolutely love them. Their service is also superb. Ben is really responsive over the email to any queries I might have.

Have been ordering from them since i moved to my current address. Happy to have fresh products delivered to my doorstep.

And no more wasted plastic milk bottles and juice cartons.

This is not a one off service review. Loafy is now my go to place for my monthly coffee order. I get my order on time with no hassle and even when I’m not there to receive my order, they follow up with an email to arrange collection.
All in all, the service is great and I have no complaints.

Couldn’t recommend this place any more. It is run by a man who gives his heart and soul to everything he does. I’m all about supporting a small business, and this one is no exception.
It’s ethical, environmentally minded, it’s planted based (yet you wouldn’t know it).
The place has had the misfortune of being broken into, so all I can ask is the local community support this place as much as possible! Put down your wrongly named Starbucks cups, and burnt Nero coffees and head to here (cafe is now called Well Bean but the delivery service still runs under the name Loaf.ly)
Not only are you getting great service, and great food, but you’re helping a small business to survive and flourish.

I was informed early on that the delivery was going to be late. Ben was communicating in a timely manner and threw in some goodies which was a kind gesture. Will recommend loaf.ly and will sure give them another go!

An amazing company with such heart, passion & pure dedication. Their back story is incredible and their ethos is brilliant! I have never ever experienced such impressive & perfect customer service from any company I’ve dealt with. Ben went out of his way to accommodate me and my needs. He was friendly, professional and exceptional at dealing with requests. If you want quality and you want to order from a company that puts the customer first then I highly recommend them.

An excellent service, with great products delivered to your door. The only reason the review falls short of 5 star is the awful bad luck Loaf.ly have had, disrupting their business continuity; completely out of their hands I know. I know if they continue what they do for a longer period, they'll be smashing 5 stars all over!

Arrived promptly and fresh . Well wrapped, carefully deposited, didn’t wake anyone, quick email response. Unbeatable
