Exceptional customer service. Beautiful, quality product in a lovely showroom.
Peter and the team were incredibly patient and helpful with making sure we were purchasing the right sofa. Shopping in this store is an absolute pleasure, a relaxed, friendly environment where our children were also made to feel so welcome.
We can’t wait to receive our sofa and we will be back in the future.

A lovely buying experience
A lovely buying experience. There was no pressure just a helpful, friendly member of staff. The bottle of water on a hot day was welcome too!

Jack, Pete and Laura were amazing
Jack, Pete and Laura took care of us. They were helpful without being imposing. They were knowledgeable and patient. They interacted so nicely with my kids and made us feel at home, which sounds strange for a furniture store but it’s true!
All the products in the shack were the highest quality and beautiful. Although a comparatively small store, we found an ideal piece of furniture. The layout of the store and the ‘help yourself’ info sheets around the showroom were very helpful. Would very much recommend.

What can I say!?? Moriam was brilliant on the day I visited your store in Solihull: immediately engaging , helpful and very forthcoming with all the information I needed. The Slow Riser sofa won the day….luxurious and top quality which will look great in the Clever Velvet (Pancake Mix) I chose. I can’t wait for delivery!

Great experience
Great experience. The staff were all lovely at the Solihull branch. They make you feel relaxed, they don't hurry of pressure you; they allow you time to get a feel for the products and are really well informed and have great product knowledge. Jack looked after me brilliantly and I and I love my new sofa
