Excellent customer service
The staff was knowledgeable, not too pushy and very informative, for example, telling us the date of the upcoming sale so that we saved 15%. They were friendly and welcoming. The £80.00 protection deal is also excellent. Can’t wait to receive our sofa. Thank you

Lovely showroom, staff attentive and very helpful,
A little disappointed they didn’t have a couple of sofas I’d like to have seen on the shop floor
I was told they have these in other “ shacks” alternatively I could order on line
Overall a lovely experience, can’t wait to take delivery of my Jonesy sofa

Helpful unpressured service
Loved being left to try the sofas. The staff were really helpful pointing out which ones would suit us and helping find fabric that would withstand 2 labradors

Loaf rug beautiful
The rug arrived in good time and we are really pleased. Service from Loaf is excellent and the quality is superb. We love our new rug so does the cat. Would recommend and a visit to a Loaf shop is a wonderful experience

I wanted to look at a chair before I bought it, the two guys in the store were welcoming and helpful, It was a pleasure visiting and receiving such good service - will definitely go back again when I need anything more.

the shack did a great job BUT
the shack did a great job. order was placed and although a stock item i asked for a 12 week delay.
within hours i received an email stating the items would be delivered in 2 weeks time.
the house they are for is not built yet

Very easy to buy from
we couldn’t have made our decision without going in the shop and seeing everything in the flesh, trying out the sofas, looking at the fabrics and the rugs and furniture, it was a great experience of itself. Just wanted to buy everything! Bought on line when we got home and made a final decision & that was easy too.

We visited the Loaf store in Solihull…
We visited the Loaf store in Solihull on a number of occasions as we tried to work out which sofa was best for us. They were always very friendly, knowledgable and super helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Having access to Farrow & Ball colour samples also made it much easier to match the colour of the sofa with paint choice. Thank you!
