Bear Hug Sofa, Love Seat and Footstool
My wife and I visited the Loaf store in Cribbs Causeway to view their selection of sofas and were both impressed with the selection on offer and the assistance afforded us by the staff who were very friendly and helpful but not pushy.
Having returned home to check dimensions we returned to store a week later and whilst my wife confirmed fabric types and colours, I tested our preferred sofa for comfort for over 30 minutes to confirm our choice, it certainly is very comfortable.
We ordered a Bear Hug Sofa, Love Seat and Footstool and found the overall experience very agreeable.
Customer services, who we phoned to confirm a few queries, have responded very pleasantly and patiently which is much appreciated.
We await delivery which will take several weeks and can only assume this will run as smoothly as the ordering stage of our purchase.

Not impressed to be honest …
Not overly impressed to be honest I spent £4365 in store buying a bed and a sofa. (None of which have arrived yet) The sofa which we ordered well over a month ago to be then told last week you do not have the correct fabric available now due imperfections with it so please choose another fabric which we did. This is fine but the lead time was then reset back to the original lead time circa 6 weeks which is poor so we are basically going to have to wait 3 months in total from when we ordered it to eventually receive a sofa! If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered it.
Ok I understand there are sometimes production issues but this is not good enough, the order / production should be fast tracked out of decency not reset back to the original lead time and it took a month for Loaf to realise the fabric we chose wasn’t good enough to be used,
Hopefully it will all arrive one day!

I’m very sorry for the frustration caused by the fabric issue and the reset lead time. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to wait several weeks only to then be asked to choose an alternative fabric and face a further delay.
While production issues can occasionally arise, I appreciate that this doesn’t make the extended timeline any less frustrating. we're working with our supplier so see how much we can reduce the lead time, I’m sorry this hasn’t been a smoother experience so far.

Rosa was great!

Great customer service!
The shop was lovely and organised. Very helpful and friendly staff i went in once before ordering and a second time to order. Both times the staff were very helpful friendly and efficient, all around a great experience!!

Super helpful staff
Super helpful staff, very happy to help and answer any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Bought my rug later at home using the online quote they had emailed to me whilst in store.

Good service at the Store
Good service at the Store. We were given time to think and made decisions. However, we were told that we couldn’t pay in instalments which was our choice so we had to use our credit card. Later, they called us to say that we could pay in instalments but too late by then. This could have been handled better. Happy with the purchase though.

I have a number of loaf products and I…
I have a number of loaf products and I am extremely happy with them except the love chair sofa, which despite me contacting you a number of times in store and by phone remains unusable due to it being uncomfortable due to cushion sloping forward rather than like all other chairs and sofas backwards. Looks great but impossible to sit on for long without causing backhip pain

Being able to visit a shack to look at the sofas was really helpful. Ordering was easy enough and the delivery was great.
The sofa is better than I’d expected and finishes the room nicely.

We had such a lovely visit to the store…
We had such a lovely visit to the store in Bristol! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and were quick to assist despite the store being very busy on the last Sunday of the sale. That also meant we were treated to Prosecco and cookies which added even more to an already great experience! All of the ladies were fantastic - thanks to the lovely lady with blonde curls(so sorry I didn’t catch her name!),Rosa, Chloe, Phoebe we purchased a gorgeous velvet cuddlemuffin. Highly recommend 😊

Great advise by lovely, non pushy sales team.
I was welcomed into the store by a lovely, helpful but not pushy sales assistant. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I was unsure of my fabric colour choice and I was given useful advice and given time to ponder. I was very happy with my experience.

Friendly service both in store and on the telephone.
Friendly telephone discussion when I made an order for sofa and chair. I had already been to a Loaf store and tried out several of their sofa’s. The experience in store was positive and didn’t feel rushed by staff. I was encouraged to take off my shoes and sit/ curl up as I would at home to ensure the seating was right for me. The fabric I wanted had been discontinued an alternative was suggested fortunately I had a swatch of it and was happy to proceed. The store encouraged me to take a selection.

Helpful staff and good range of display stock. Colour and fabric samples made it easy to narrow down options, and free swatches were great for taking home to colour match. Only improvement would be to have the display sofas available in a broader range of fabrics (most were in a single fabric type).

What a fantastic place to buy a sofa. All the staff we dealt with on our visits were great…friendly, well informed and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us along our way to finding the right sofa. It was a real pleasure buying there in a relaxed environment.

Great service comfortable atmosphere…
We were so excited to visit Bristol Loaf, it definitely didn’t disappoint.
Great environment, no pushy salespeople, helpful staff and a comfortable space to consider which amazing Loaf sofa to buy.
We settled for the gorgeous Jonesy in bobbing bouy clever velvet. Loved that there are colour swatches to take away and large fabric samples to drape over your favourite piece of furniture.
Really enjoyed our visit and can’t wait for our sofa to arrive.
