We were very impressed with the wide range of furniture on display and the member of staff who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable. The choice of colours and fabrics was huge so it was very straightforward to choose what we wanted. The sofa we chose was probably one of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on.

I was really disappointed with my £3700 Sofa from LOAF
I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Loaf. I spent over £3700 on a sofa, which was not as advertised in the Bristol Loaf shack. The back support of the squisharoo sofa is dreadful. I understand that that is the style, but when trying the sofa in person, it had a greater level of support than the one that was delivered to us. The customer service process was lengthy and disconnected, having been outsourced, and ultimately extremely disappointing. We are now paying an upholsterer to right this issue. I have been a loyal loaf customer for years but would no longer trust their customer care process.

Lovely store and great products
We have visited Loaf in Bristol a couple of times trying to g to decide on some sofas and dining room furniture.
The shop is great, well laid out with plenty of choice. It’s a very low pressure, relaxing experience which we found very conducive to purchasing.
We were served by Nicole and I would suggest you search her out if you go there as she is fantastic, very helpful, knowledgeable and a really nice lady. She has been trained very well (well done Loaf) and she seems to really enjoy her job and believe in the products - very refreshing change from other stores.
We will definitely be back and definitely be purchasing when the time comes.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great experience - Cribbs Bristol Store
Rosa helped me to order my dog bed in the Cribbs Causeway store. She was very smiley and helpful! It was promptly delivered to my home - easy peasy!

Incorrect email address …
The person who served us was slightly unprofessional complaining about her lunch break not being long enough. When we ordered our bed she didn’t check my email and she typed it in wrong so that I didn’t get a confirmation email. When I phoned up to get a confirmation email and correct the spelling the person didn’t update the records so I never got an email to my correct address to book delivery of the bed leading to a few weeks delay on the delivery of our bed. It’s a shame as the other staff in the store in Bristol were excellent but the person who ran our order through the til let the rest of the team down.

Beautiful showroom with great selection of products to view. Friendly staff from the moment you go in and incredibly helpful. Holly helped us and was very patient!!!!! Due to her customer service and quality of products we are making our order and will be back again.

Lovely staff - brilliant and helpful.
Spent half a day looking at other bed retailers but this was the best shopping experience by far.

Great customer service
Visited Loaf in Cribbs Causeway and was lucky to be assisted by Tegan. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, taking us through the different options for sofas and fabrics - helping us with sizes etc., without being pushy. On the back of her help we will be going ahead and ordering a cuddle muffin modular corner sofa in the near future. Thank you Tegan!

I recently went to the Bristol store and was served by Tegan and had a very personal shopping experience. Tegan was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, showing us lots of options and helping us to narrow down the options. I would highly recommend Loaf and Tegan at the Bristol store
