Goods still not arrived …
Goods still not arrived despite paying for next day delivery. No tracking information provider meaning calls to your office are needed to chase delivery. Phones regularly go unanswered. If you are going to automate systems then at lest give your customer enough information that they can get answers on delays with tracking links

We are very sorry about your recent shopping experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery delay.
Your order left our warehouse as schedule on Monday on next-day delivery service. Unfortunately, the parcel has been held at the courier’s depot since then — an issue entirely out of our control, but one we’ve been actively chasing on your behalf.
To acknowledge the inconvenience caused, we refunded your next-day delivery charge in full and have offered you 15% off your next order.
We also appreciate your feedback on tracking and communication. We’re currently reviewing ways to improve visibility for our customers and reduce the need for follow-up calls, particularly during courier delays. While we aim to answer every call promptly, we acknowledge there were instances where we fell short of that, and we’re working to improve this.
You’ve had a successful order with us previously, and we truly value your custom. We hope to restore your confidence and remain available to assist however we can.

We’re sorry to read your review, though we do feel it’s important to clarify the situation for accuracy.
Your order was placed with us in the afternoon, the day before your deadline for what you described as a £1.6 million contract.
Unfortunately the stock you required was not available for immediate dispatch — a situation we made you aware of as soon as possible.
You then requested that we open an already packed and processed order, prepared for another customer, in order to fulfil your urgent need. We must respectfully state that we would never compromise our integrity or the trust of our other customers by unpacking an already confirmed and prepared order. We treat all customers with fairness and ensure that all orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed.
While we understand the urgency of your project, if the contract was of such importance, we would have strongly advised placing the order well in advance to avoid this situation. We always strive to assist where we can, but we must also operate within our policies to maintain fairness and reliability for all our customers.
We are, of course, happy to discuss this further should you wish to reach out directly.

As per our terms & conditions, any order placed incorrectly is subject to a minimum 15% handling fee, with a minimum return value charge of £25.
Due to the nature of our products, we wouldn’t be comfortable reselling returned items. Which is why we have these terms in place. Terms in which you agreed upon when placing your order.
We do suggest double checking your order before you place it to ensure you are ordering the correct items, and haven't made any mistakes.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the dispatch time, we have looked into this and can see that you placed your order on Friday the 4th, via standard delivery (3-5 working days) and it was delivered Monday the 7th. Your order arrived within 1 working day.
Our terms and conditions state we only deliver on weekdays. All our delivery charges are calculated by weight.
