Great company
Received my order last week and I’m happy! I ordered the Inzer knee sleeves and the pre order was delayed (annoying but understandable as this product is very popular), however the customer service team were awesome and answered all my queries during the delay quickly. I have ordered from them many times in the past and always received my order in less than a week. Will continue to order from them in the future as they are great.

Paid $470 for inzer sleeves on January 7th 2023 and it’s 21 June today and heard once from them cancelled the order waiting for the refund
No service at all.
Can not review the product as we have not received anything since ordering pre Christmas and its mid June. Phone number not working, no reply to emails and online chat. No idea how we are going to get our money back. Suggest you try somewhere else for your lifting gear.
Don’t waste your money or time.
Never have anything in stock, when it comes to pre orders the time frames some how get delayed by weeks-months.
Easier and quicker to order directly from that brand then through loaded lifting.
Order Inzer sleeves 18DEC22 - eta February. February turns into March with no reason, March turns into 28APR, this turns into mid May lastly turning into June some time.
Major sponsor for Pro Raw 2023 - can’t provide lifters with their goods to compete in.

Top notch Service
4 starts out of 5. My belt took nearly 9 months to even be shipped after order date which was subpar and had me sitting at a 1/5 star review. However, throughout the course of my order’s production and subsequent shipping (which I’m happy to say is now on the home stretch), I had some truly incredible interactions with the customer experience team. Specifically, although I don’t believe exclusively, a lovely lady by the name of Ashleigh Bailey. She did her absolute best to keep me informed of updates and went out of her way- taking every extra mile- to ensure that, despite the shortcomings of the production rate from Inzer, my experience with loaded lifting was an extremely positive one. I attribute all 4 stars to her. The company should be very proud and extraordinarily appreciative to have such a person in their service. Thank you Ashleigh!

I brought a $419 A7 13mm belt in a XL…
I brought a $419 A7 13mm belt in a XL as I messaged prior and heard nothing back to see what my last belt size was as there was no guidelines with measurements for this belt. When I got it I realised it was the same size as the one I already have, I wanted an exchange or a refund. Someone was helping me to start with but has ghosted me for over a week because he said I wasn't able to get a 13mm in a large, only a 10mm that isn't what I want so I want a refund but he said I wouldn't get a refund only a store credit, they don't actually say that in there refund policy. Not happy that I haven't had more help to resolve this issue as a returning customer. Might look to start shopping elsewhere, definitely when spending this type of money.

Poor Cancellation Policy
I was not able to cancel an order due to an incorrect sizing despite the fact that they had not processed or sent it out yet. This would essentially lose them nothing to allow me to simply cancel and reorder.

Preorder dates moved without proper information and rude customer service
Okay. I opted to pay preorder for a Inzer knee sleeve size small. On the order it stated ETA November 2022. You tell me what date are we in now and still l have not received my preorder.
I have been told in the email that they would refund me if I keep talking down on them the customer service.
I am not being treated fairly here, why would I be pushed a refund if I am being honest with a complaint.
Are customers being treated fairly or being discriminated for issuing a complaint for your service not meeting the ETA given.
Right now, the ETA time on the Inzer knee sleeve preorders have been pushed to February 2023, now is there an explanation of why you keep moving dates? Why should I not be frustrated? I am human enough to express my honest feelings or should I be kept in silent as I would be refunded? What level of customer services and hospitality are your workers being trained at?
Please explain why the dates for preorders have been moved and are there legal terms for moving dates.
Please, you are one of the most famous websites for lifters, it is not because we are outside of Australia and your customer service towards our preorders are being demean. Serve us with integrity, dignity and humility as we deserve to be treated like any other human being.

Lost order by courier, full refund issued
Ordered product on 5th November.
Never turned up. After some emails and reviews with company and Toll I since been contacted and they have resolved my order and issued a full refund.

Poor customer service
I made a purchase and realised I accidentl selected the wrong product, I emailed the support the very same minute requesting an amendment for the order (please bear in mind the product I accidently chose and the one I actually wanted are the exact same price). Requested a refund or replacement but the product being out of stock was an issue. zero help was offered in such situation and now I am stuck with store credit and the products are not coming back in stock with them till next month. (no speicifications as to when it's coming back in stock either).
It's very upsetting that a business has zero flexibility for potential regular consumers.
Update in response to the reply: I'm sure a refund in such scenarios should be considered, humanly errors happen and the incompetence around restocking thr products is surely not a consumer problem. The issue is not the credit, the issue is not even being able to use it till you restock.

Bad, you should avoid
Does nothing to satisfy customers unhappy with orders. Refund policy is extremely strict and lies. Quality of material is not up to line with other leading powerlifting companies.
