Inzer belt
I ordered a inzer belt about 4-5 months ago now and i have current still not received my order after countless time's of asking for more information on my order in which i paid for. when i decided to send them a message/email all i received was it will be here just wait and be patent. I highly advice not to order the inzer belt or any other backorder products from loaded lifting because you will be waiting for ages for your product.

Just a straight up review
Ordered a heap of gear with express shipping.
A week later (after when the stuff should have arrived) was told they didn’t have any of the stuff in stock, apart from 1 item.
Said that’s okay, will keep the 1 item, but want free shipping due to waiting far beyond the express shipping time.
Was told they couldn’t honour that request so even cancelled my reduced order, out of their own assumption.
I then had to reorder my item and pay for another load of shipping. For an item I should have had a week and a half to 2 weeks ago.
Just thought it was so much trouble/drama to order a couple items.
Staff member I consulted was okay (not blatantly rude or anything). But could tell they didn’t give a toss. Could tell they didn’t even try to honour my request for free shipping.
The amount of inconvenience and wait times could have been okay if there was anything to compensate me for the amount of inconvenience I had to go through to order a couple of items.

We do apologise for the service over our sale period, we did work as fast as possible to ensure orders were fullfilled in a timely manner we do apologise for it not being up to our usual standard. Out of stocks can happen and we are updating our systems to have the most accurate stock levels going forward.
We have procedures in place to ensure this is not the case over our next sale periods. We do not operate on weekends so were unable to reach your request in time.

Calibrated plates dissatisfied
Just wanna say I’m a bit disappointed on the time it took for it to come & the multiple damage product that I received. My name is mark Estacio & I have purchased 2 x 20kg calibrated plates which was damaged & I am talking damaged & rusty in the chips & scratches. I’ve taken photos and sent it to the loaded lifting team which I was compensated a % of the price it was purchased for as a store credit. I purchased another calibrated pair of 1 x 20kg calibrated plates & the same result… chipped & damaged. I’ve never had problem with loaded lifting as I have always purchased from them & they’re other product quality is immaculate, just unfortunate the calibrated plates weren’t up to that standard for a birthday present.

REFUSAL TO REFUND
Be careful when it comes to LOADED LIFTING sizing charts: If you get it wrong — meaning, THEY got it wrong —and they don’t have the correct size in stock, they will REFUSE TO REFUND you, offering only a store credit. Try to argue the point & they’ll repeatedly quote you “consumer law” in their defence, as if that’s going to work. Ultimately, their refusal left me no choice but to end the relationship.

Our sizing charts do go off weight so it is hard to account for all body parts such as legs ect these are sizing charts from our supplier.
We did a free return for you twice, paying for shipping both ways on the products you wished to exchange.
Out of stocks can happen and it can be frustrating.
We do have our returns policy in place on our website for all customers to look at before making a purchase with us.
If you change your mind, please reach out for a discount code so we can make it right.
Change of color or a pre order
I placed a pre order on a belt and realized they had my size in stock in a different color as my second choice, I emailed them and with no issues sent me the belt express post which came in 2 days, their communication was fast and I’m happily using my new belt

Hasn’t arrived
Hasn’t arrived. Paid for express shipping as I’m competing over the weekend and needed my order before then, my order has not arrived and AusPost nor Loaded Lifting have provided any indication of where my parcel is.
