Loaded has so so many wonderful features its not possible to talk about all of them. My favourite is for the staff to be able to see how much we have sold against budget each week and if we reach budget then they get a bonus. Previously, we were buried in spreadsheets, manually gathering crucial data on COGS and labour costs for our hospitality businesses. The discovery of Loaded Reports has not only brought a significant leap in efficiency and accuracy but also a sense of relief from the tedious manual work. We've experienced such a transformation that we'd never go back to our old methods.

I don't know how I'd operate our businesses now that I've used this software for several years.

We use Loaded every day in our businesses, and it's hard to say what features I like best, but here are a few off the top of my head:

The Budget module allows us to set targets based on previous 'like periods', enabling us to create rosters that are fully costed before being published.

The rostering tool is fantastic; it gives us great insight into when to add more or less staff based on data collected from previous periods. It is surprisingly accurate and helps us keep our labour costs in the proper range for our business.

We use the stock module daily to create purchase orders, receive orders, and export invoices to Xero. The Credit Request feature alone could pay for the subscription. We used to have trouble getting credit requests issued by suppliers, but not anymore.

The live COGS reporting and the ability to quickly see which menu items generate the most revenue and know they are being sold for the right price have significantly impacted our bottom line. This level of insight and control over our business operations is empowering. If your top-selling menu items are not generating the profit you need, you would like to know this as soon as possible; figuring it out at the end of the month or year is too late. Having this data at our fingertips has been an absolute game-changer for us.

The design and interface of Loaded Reports are so well thought out. Some software has so many bells and whistles that it's like looking at the dashboard of a fighter jet, whereas Loaded is like a nice dashboard of a car; you only see what you need to see to get from A to B without unnecessary distractions. Again, this is how you can tell it's built by hospo people for hospo people.

I could go on and on, but you probably get the idea that we love Loaded. Loaded has become the most valuable tool we use in our business. If you are looking for a tool to give you greater insight into how your business is performing, I'd recommend Loaded Reports every time.

We have been using loaded for 7 years. We have 3 restaurants and a cafe. Loaded was a revelation and I'd hate to think how we'd survive without it now. In a time when staff costs are potentially debilitating and produce costs are volatile, Loaded gives us everything we need to monitor our P&L's on a daily basis. I would say this is an essential tool for any hospitality operation.

Before implementing Loaded we were flying blind in the business. Estimating (poorly) where our Cost of Goods & Labor costs were sitting. Since we have started using Loaded we have been able to action some pretty big changes in the business which had reduces our COGs by over 10%.
