LMB Group Recensioni

I cannot recommend Lee and the team at LMB group enough.

Easy to work with and made our construction journey a delightful process from start to finish.

The contact was good, the staff very professional and the end product left us with the additional spaces we always dreamed of.

Thank you Lee!

We contracted with LMB to Design & Build our loft extension, after our architect went into administration following COVID. LMB were able to move quickly to get work underway and the roof watertight before the Christmas shutdown. Their main builder, Brandon, was absolutely excellent - great comms, considerate, polite, friendly. All members of the team were great to work with and easy to contact through being on a team-wide WhatsApp group. LMB's office staff were also always on hand and were positive and friendly. LMB know loft extensions and are a very efficient and trustworthy operator.

Contacted LMB Group to undertake a loft conversion on Broomfield Road, Beckenham.

The overall price was very competitive and even better still the service was excellent.

The entire project only took just over six weeks which is two weeks quicker than quoted.

A special shout out has to go to Joanna in the office - as her communications were excellent and to Brandon who was on-site for the vast majority of the build.

All contractors turned up on time and were polite and thoughtful in their works, sheeting up all areas to minimise dust and mess.

At the end of the build LMB did a complete clear up of the site leaving it as they found it.

Highly recommended.

Thank you to LMB

I have worked with Lee and his brilliant team for a couple of projects. Both renovations for my properties felt smooth and efficient, with minimal disruption. Starting with clear plans and timelines and what was expected. Lee and his team were polite and informative, couldn’t have asked for better tradesman!

Did an amazing job at our place! My baby was due in 2 months and they’ve completed all before the arrival.
Amazing team of both tradesmen and office staff.

We had a loft conversion carried out by lmb in 2021 and also asked for them to add lead flashing to part of the existing roof which they did, no problem.
Recently we noticed, part of the lead flashing had slipped, likely due to adverse weather so we contacted lmb.
They arranged for this to be repaired quickly.
We're very happy with the aftercare we've received from Lee, Joanna and the team at lmb.

This is the second loft conversion we have done with LMB. All went well again , the project was completed to time , at the agreed cost and we are very happy with the quality.
Happy to recommend LMB for anyone considering a loft conversion.

Southwood UK Roofing limited subcontracted to LMB Group Ltd. The roofers promptly came and fixed the flashing on our 2023 loft conversion, it came loose due to adverse weather. Pleasant and professional, they got the job done in minutes. Thank you.

Don and Mick were absolutely fantastic. They worked with incredible speed and precision on our L-shaped loft conversion, and their attention to detail was outstanding. Thanks to their efforts—and the seamless coordination with the other tradesmen—the whole build felt smooth and efficient, with minimal disruption, mess, or noise.

Lee, the Managing Director, together with the amazing team behind the scenes—Joey, Isaac, Joanna, and T—were always on hand whenever we needed support. Their professionalism and approachability made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I wouldn’t hesitate to choose LMB again for any future projects.

From our very first meeting with Ricki, the team at LMB Group Ltd showed professionalism, approachability, and real expertise. A huge thank you to Lee, Rob, Corrie, Ricardo, Matt and team, Des, Brendon, Danny, and Joanna for their hard work and commitment throughout the project. A special mention goes to Joanna, whose organisation and dedication at the end of the project ensured everything was delivered to the highest standard – her support truly made the process seamless. The entire team pulled together and went above and beyond to get the development completed to a fantastic level. I would not hesitate to recommend LMB Group Ltd to friends and family. We had a loft conversion and did a full house renovation.

Very efficient build and great coordination. The end product is beautiful and we’re delighted with it. There were none of the usual delays we were warned about and the quality of the trades organised by LMB was top notch. We would very highly recommend LMB for a loft conversion! We would particularly recommend Ashley (site foreman), Harry (roofer) and Mihail (carpenter) - wonderful work quality from them.

We drew up outline plans at the beginning of 2025 to construct a side dormer loft conversion to create an upstairs family bathroom and additional bedroom to provide additional space for growing family visits.
We approached LMB to review our proposals and provide a quotation for consideration.
Ricki ( LMB Sales Director ) promptly visited, with a detailed quote provided within a few days, which was clearly laid out detailing the project scope and associated payment schedule.
Being a construction manager myself i was keen to appoint a professional company to undertake the conversion works including the full fit out and finishes, with LMB providing us the confidence of delivering the project efficiently, to a good standard and at a competitive price.
Following plans being drawn up ( under Permitted Development limits ) and structural resolution being finalised works commenced 31 March, led by Brandon, with the dormer shell constructed within 3 weeks, including the associated internal alterations. All the subsequent trades duly followed with the entire project completed and signed off by Building Control within 13 weeks.
Our sincere thanks goes to LMB, their support staff and all the trades / individuals involved in delivering the project all of whom were respectful, considerate and trustworthy throughout. The WhatsApp group set up by LMB at the outset provided an excellent communication channel with the interaction and co-ordination between the various trades commendable.
The stage payment schedule provided transparency enabling the cost of the works to be spread over the project duration.
We are delighted with the outcome and additional space we now have and would thoroughly recommend LMB to others contemplating a loft extension.

LMB did a great job on our loft conversion and were very easy to work with, . All the different teams did excellent work, and Ryan (foreman of the first stage, so here every day for 3 weeks) in particular was fantastic, super communicative and gave us helpful pointers on making the most of our new space. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with our loft conversion and garage conversion that LMB Group Ltd have just finished. Rob, who has recently done our garage, has been particularly good, but also James and Joe on the loft and a bathroom reconfiguration. Most of the trades on site have been very courteous and the office staff have been helpful when we've needed them.

We started a loft extension in our family home in January 2025, and we couldn’t be happier with the works.
The craftsmanship is of high quality. All contractors did an excellent job, but we particularly want to thank Kieron and his team who did our first fix, Oliver who tiled our bathroom, and Mihail our carpenter.
The main thing that could to be improved to make the experience even better is around the schedule management of the various contractors: we lost time waiting for contractors to be available to come in/ having to chase our project manager for updates. We appreciate that it’s no slim task coordinating so many people, but we ended up about 3 weeks past schedule.

In the end, we love our loft and have found contractors and the LMB team to be really pleasant to work with.

Avoid this company at all costs. They only care about profits and nothing else. Horrible, horrible people to deal with.

Disgusting company please stay away! I seriously cannot understand the 5 star reviews.
These builders are the worst most inconsiderate builders I have ever come across.
STAY AWAY!

Extensive two-room loft conversion carried out by LMB Group Ltd. and very pleased with the results.
Excellent Project Management from Ollie and some very good tradesmen employed: Ermin (roof), Tony (carpentry), Gyorgy (building), Danny (scaffolding), Damien (decorating), Joanna (office) and others.
Generally the planning/design was clear and flexible as the project progressed with options discussed and costed as necessary.
Small criticisms were that, although excellent, our Project Manager was very stretched by the number of jobs he was responsible for (we understand this is being addressed). If key tradesmen were delayed or unavailable then the project was delayed (accepting that we preferred quality to speed). The initial quotation was obviously done on basic costings and even small changes/additions quickly added to the cost, although this was sometimes offset by other savings - overall we feel we had fair value, given the quality of the work and materials.
We are pleased to have chosen LMB Group Ltd for our project and are very satisfied with the results. We would certainly recommend LMB Group Ltd to others considering similar work.

We are happy with the final outcome of the loft extension. Dean and Bob worked hard and fast every day, and their finished product is excellent. They were helpful and available to explain and advise during the whole process. We are also happy with both the roofers, who have done a fantastic job with the flat rubber roof and the slate roof. Jamie, the electrician, was always extremely helpful and making sure we were happy with the position of sockets and switches. His communication has been excellent, keeping us involved and updated during the works. The carpentry work is excellent too, thanks to Jermaine. A big thank you to the office staff, T and Joanna, for all their help during the process and after the work had finished. The WhatsApp group has been a fantastic way of communication between us, the office and all the professional involved in the construction of our loft.

Lee and his team did a fantastic job replacing my old, cramped loft conversion with a spacious and beautiful room that’s a wonderful addition to our home.

I was looking for a firm that could run as much of the project centrally, a single point of contact to manage the various workers involved, and that’s exactly what you get with LMB.

The work moved forward at a rapid pace and was done to a consistency high and professional standard.

The team is highly responsive and quick to correct anything that’s off track, which I think is the mark of a good firm.

Everyone that worked on our project was great but special thanks to Jack and Ryan on the First Fix team, Jermaine the carpenter and Harry the roofer for going above and beyond.

Really appreciate all the work and would definitely recommend LMB to anyone considering getting their loft converted.
