I have just arranged life and critical cover through Lloyd & Whyte.
Ash Adkins has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He has been able to answer any queries I had and has made the whole experience alot easier to understand. I am very happy I had him has a advisor and would highly recommend

Great experience, very professional service.

I can honestly say that from start to finish Harmy at Lloyd and Whyte was beyond helpful. I attended one of his talks when I first graduated and contacted him in the weeks following this to arrange income protection. His advice was excellent and suited perfectly to my career situation and personal life too. I have since gone on to recommend this to all my colleagues, classmates and friends and will continue to do so!

I can’t say I was thrilled about the service my sister received lack of communication of her wanting advise on a mortgage, slow email replies or phone calls returns , the calendar shows unavailable for most days even when you try to book in advance they don’t appear to work Monday -Friday like regular offices or Saturday , yet other mortgage advisor’s companies do, so we couldn't see the point of the calendar booking system as the mortgage advisor Natalie is always out of the office or booked off the calendar so you can’t speak to Natalie from the website details on the booking option From reading other reviews slow email replies and phone calls are a common occurrence with Lloyd and Whyte.

And the word unprofessional seems to crop up a lot!

We use Lloyd & Whyte for our Practice Insurance and have found them to be very competitive on price and responsive. Whenever we have had to make contact we have had prompt and helpful replies. We would certainly recommend them.

Tony helped me arrange my life insurance, which wasn't straight forward due to previous illnesses. Excellent friendly service and great communication.

Can't fault Lloyd and White at all - the service I received was excellent. Natalie went above and beyond to help me - filling out a multitude of forms when she was on leave suffering with COVID and on holiday! She definitely went above and beyond and I will always be very grateful for this.

Estate Planning Services
We have recently used the Will Writing services of Lloyd & Whyte. We had not realized how involved this could be. However the process was very well explained to us by their adviser Aleena Greville who has made the process very seamless throughout. We would highly recommend Lloyd & Whyte for their Estate Planning Services.

Lloyd & White have been great from start to finish. I first approached them for mortgage advice as I was looking to purchase a property. I had been liaising with Natalie who has been excellent. Her communication and quick responses have been second to none. As it was my first purchase, I was very new to the world of mortgages and Natalie was extremely helpful and guided me to a mortgage that suited my needs.
I would absolutely recommend Lloyd & White to anyone looking for mortgage advice!

David Carmichael helped us choose and apply for a mortgage for a second property in Scotland. He was able to provide us with multiple options and answered all questions we had very quickly. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process smooth and simple.

Another glowing review for Natalie - we're first time buyers and she has answered all of my millions of questions and helped allay my fears about taking such a big step. She's kept us constantly updated and provided us invaluable advice on next steps when we hit some challenges. We've got quite a complicated application with lots of unusual factors to consider and Natalie learnt our circumstances inside out and truly offered us the best options for us. I did speak to a few other mortgage advisors, but none of them offered us the same type of support. Natalie really made the experience much simpler for us, I wouldn't consider using anyone else's services next time we need to get a mortgage.
